5 stars is not enough. Luciana and her team are AMAZING!! From the initial contact to my first cleaning I'm impressed. They are prompt, professional and I cannot say enough good things about them. I never thought I would find someone to clean my house the way I do; but they definitely did, and I think may have done better than I could have. I have nerve damage on my right side, and it has definitely affected my daily life. They did in a few hours what would have taken me a few weeks to do.

I'll try to be brief; but I want to be detailed.
Back door - we use as our main entrance. My husband is a mechanic and gets grease everywhere. As many times as I have cleaned this door, I was never able to get the grease off it. Well, I am very happy to say my door is white again!!!!
Oven - the nerve damage prevents me from bending to clean the oven like it needs to be so I've been doing what I can. I was so thrilled when I opened the door, and my oven looked like new!
Chandeliers & ceiling fans - typically my routine is every 3 months to dust them. These were hand washed and once again look like they are brand new.
Windows - my routine for these is once a year - these are so clean our little dog has walked into the double doors a couple of times, seriously!
Dog eating area - so we have 3 little dogs and a bloodhound. If you know bloodhounds you know they drool and sling it. Yes, it is absolutely gross and if it wasn't for my son this dog would stay outside. My routine for this is weekly cleaning of the wall behind the dog bowls are the mats they sit on. Their area is sparkling!
Doors - obviously the bloodhound slings a bit of drool on the door close to his eating area and I must say that door and all the other doors as well are meticulous! Absolutely looking brand new!
Couches & chairs - all were vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly and looking like new again!
Bathrooms - honestly, they were sparking! And Luicana's little touches; the bows on the toilet paper, the towels folded cute; blankets laid out differently everything they did has just made me one happy lady!
Scent - I have some scents I just cannot tolerate; I explained this at our initial meeting and they listened! My home not only was clean it smelled amazing, not overwhelming.
I feel blessed and am so very thankful we decided to go with them. And, after the amazing job that was done during the deep cleaning, we have decided to hire them on a regular schedule! I am so looking forward to having them; it has taken a burden off me, and I am now able to focus more on other important things; like enjoying retirement!
If you are thinking about hiring Luciana I really recommend you move forward and don't hesitate; someone else may jump in and get your spot. You definitely won't regret the decision to bring them into your home. And you can relax because you're hiring the best.

Cold called Rawlings for an estimate on upgrading my garage service50 to 70 amps and run a hookup for a planned spa. Rawlings stayed it touch via email and came out to measure the run from the house panel to the garage, the hookup, and disconnect to the spa.

Rawlings set all my expectations in the estimate, i.e., "we may need to knock out some drywall here, if the run is not in conduit, we may need to dig... a lot." We felt that we would not be surprised on the day of work.

Rawlings arrived early on the day of work and quickly completed the job while respecting a number of conference calls I was on. Rawlings was able to perform all the work without damaging the drywall or digging, exceeding my expections!—your experience may vary, as all the runs had limited obstructions and the underground run was in conduit.
