Would definitely use him again.
Do not be surprised if he shows up in a car as that is what he uses for smaller jobs.

We recently bought a home in the area and at first I was overwhelmed by the idea of choosing a plumber. With many to choose from and knowing no one, I made a few calls. Michael from Freedom Plumbing was far more responsive and communicative than any other plumber I reached out to. He was exceptionally prompt to every appointment we had (something that is not all that common in my experience) and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Every time he told me he was going to do something, he had it done quickly and as expected. So often when dealing with contractors, I feel like I have to call multiple times and reach out to get a response, and that was definitely not the case here!
Michael came in to install a new water heater in our home and despite the old water heater being in absolutely terrible condition and proving to be a rather tricky and involved job, he handled it so well. Because we were brand new to our home, my husband uncovered another unrelated water issue (emergency) soon after Michael left, and when my husband called Michael, he unhesitatingly rushed back to help my husband with what could have been a disaster had it not been addressed so quickly and expertly. I also found his pricing to be very fair and better than many of the other plumbers that I had called initially.
The bottom line is this is an honest guy who takes his job seriously and shows pride in his work. I am so grateful we found him early in our time here in Colonial Beach because I will never need to search for another plumber. I cannot speak highly enough about Freedom Plumbing or recommend Michael’s services enough.

I’m very happy with the work that Freedom plumbing did for me. Mike is very personable, prompt and very responsive. He came out and fixed a major back up in all our supply lines caused by a repair done by another contractor. Mike was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it right. If you need a good plumber who will pick up the phone, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, I would give them a call. I will definitely use this company again.

So grateful that my first call to a plumber ever was to Freedom Plumbing in Colonial Beach. Getting my daughter packed and ready to head back to college and having a blocked sink that wouldn't drain was bad timing and a pain in the you know what! I tried drano, nope, i tried plunging, nope, so finally decided I was running out of time and the smell of chemicals was starting to fill my kitchen. So I called Freedom Plumbing and the owner Mike came out within 30 minutes and solved my pluming nightmare. He fixed the issue as well as showing me the cause and how to avoid it in the future. He was super professional and affordable and very kind to explain how drains work to someone who had no idea. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Honest, fair, and fast! i had a water pipe leaking in my driveway. Mike, owner of Freedom Plumbing, came out to look at it the same day I called. He told me what it was and fixed it the next day. He told me I needed to get gravel to help protect the pipe I just had installed. Not only did he get the gravel but he spread the gravel out.

This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very efficient, very professional and excellent quality and workmen-ship. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
