Fast and efficient. Freedom Plumbing installed a new water heater in a tough to fit space. Knew the up-to-date codes and installed a proper drain. Highly recommended.

Michael was the only plumber in Colonial Beach that would even bother to come out. He began by insulating all the exposed pipes under the house . Only someone Michael’s size could possibly fit in some of the narrow spaces. He noticed that one of the pipes under the house was leaking and repaired it. He then removed and reset the toilet that was in a bad position for tall guests. He then fixed a very challenging sink trap and a leaking sink drain on a 100 year old sink. He was able and willing to order parts for both jobs. He was very careful not to break are cherished old sink.
Michael also did some non plumbing work which he did more as a favor since these things were required by our new insurance company and we were under a hard deadline. He managed to get everything done despite having not much time to accomplish the job.
I know all the old time plumbers in the Beach and frankly they are expensive and unresponsive.

Shout out to Freedom Plumbing for offering to rearrange their schedule during our recent plumbing emergency. Our regular plumber was being evasive about when he could come out for an emergency visit so I called Freedom. They were willing to drop everything and send someone over right away. Unfortunately I had to cancel with them as my regular plumber showed up but I won’t forget how willing they were to drop everything to help a frantic lady!

My septic alarm went off and I needed someone to respond right away. I was so thankful Mike came out within two hours and diagnosed the problem. He also discovered we had a safety hazard with an internal junction box. Parts were ordered, my repairs were completed super quick, and the pump was brought back up to code. I would definitely use their services again!

Mike got me hooked up to the county sewer very quickly when the old septic system failed. The price was fair and the job was done right and quickly. I’m thankful he was able to take care of it as fast and professionally as he did.

I've never had to call a plumber before but last night my son broke a toilet pipe and water was going everywhere at around 1030pm so I had to call 3 or 4 places for the 24 hour plumbing and one person got back to me but said they didn't service in our area the only one that answered was Mike Innman and he was very professional and got to us very quick and wasn't all about making a dollar. And he knew his stuff. I Am very impressed with the service he gave us and I would highly recommend him to everyone and if I ever have a problem like that again I know I will definitely be calling him and he didn't charge me a arm and a leg and being a single parent and with the pandemic that's a great person to have with your business and I am highly satisfied.

UNLICENSED AND WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY
Long story short we hired him to fix a sewer line and 4 months later found it was not fixed properly (had the same exact issue he was paid to fix). An appt was scheduled for him to come out and inspect the work himself however, he was a no-call-no-show and blocked our numbers. Unfortunately, we will have to pay someone else to fix the work he botched.

EXCEPTIONAL experience right from the start. We contacted Freedom Plumbing in the evening and was serviced and completed within 24 hours. We will be using Freedom Services moving forward. Great price with honest advice.

One word describing Freedom Plumbing...amazing! I called Mike and Robert early on President's Day because water from my toilet was leaking on the floor. Within two hours, they were at our house to immediately identify the problem and spent three hours trying to find the quickest, easiest fix. Unfortunately, the fix involved replacing the 60 year old waste pipe that was in our concrete slab. This involved cutting through the concrete, replacing the plumbing and filling in the concrete. They started the work within a few days and provided updates and pictures daily...and always found the best approach to the fix. Within a week, our plumbing was fixed and is working perfectly. I would recommend Freedom Plumbing to anyone!

My garbage disposal stopped working about two months ago. It was a very stressful situation because I have become dependent upon just flipping the switch and having all the bad stuff go down the drain. I was going to just go and buy a new one and wait for my son to come and install it. Since my son lives four hours away from me I wasn’t sure when he would be able to get here so my daughter-in-law suggested we look for a plumber that was local. We searched online and called several plumbers over about two weeks. No one ever called me back. finally I got in touch with Mike from Freedom Plumbing. I explained my situation to him. that was on a Wednesday he said OK I’ll come out tomorrow and check it out. he came out on Thursday and by Thursday evening he said I’ve got your part I’ll be there tomorrow. he came on Friday morning and was done before noon. it was quick and painless cost effective and just a great experience. hopefully I don’t have any other plumbing issues in my home but if I do I will definitely be calling Mike from Freedom Plumbing.

Very professional and highly recommended! Quick response. Diligent and hard working. Finished the job to restore our well within 24 hrs even through the rain! Pricing is very reasonable and affordable. They were a saving grace to us! Customer for life! Will shout and share them for many years to come!

Mike has now worked on our plumbing 2 separate times, and both times the prices have been fair and the work speaks for itself. I have used a few local businesses in the Colonial Beach area but none have been more professional and better equipped to complete my water heater replacement. Not only did Mike show up earlier than scheduled but he showed up in the snow and freezing temperatures to crawl under my house and replace my water heater. He did this without complaint and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Freedom Plumbing and will definitely be using him again.

Mike was very responsive in addressing my plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done in detail and he expertly resolved my issues. Leaks fixed and faucets replaced! Great job! Thanks Freedom Plumbing!

Do not do business with this company.

Long story short had him replace a sewer line to replace "bellies" he installed the line and it immediately had bellies again. I paid on time and over estimate because he was wrong about both of them. The county checked our line and it needed fixing we then contacted him and then he blocked our numbers. He's unlicensed, uninsured, and will not own up to his failures. We were polite the whole time and he just blocked us and took 15k. We are reporting him to Stafford County Sheriff for operating illegally and to the BBB.

2025 Edit. Had to hire a new plumber to refix the water line he broke when he poorly did the sewer line. - the new plumber didn't understand how someone could do such a poor job.

Again do not do business with this company. He will fail and then block you.

I noticed my water heater leaking. I called Freedom Plumbing & Mike came out within 2 hours on a Friday to inspect the problem. He returned on Monday with a new water heater & had it installed within 2 hours.
This is the second time we have used Freedom Plumbing. Good work ethic & honest!

I would highly recommend! We asked for him to come take a look at our plumbing issues, he came, gave us a fair estimate and promptly started the job. He was completely honest about everything we needed done. He was very professional and made us feel like our job was top priority! I hope we don't need another plumber anytime soon but if we do, it will definitely be Freedom Plumbing!

Mike was very responsive. Hard to get service providers to call back, but Mike was very responsive from the beginning. Had a Hot water heater going bad, and he got the job done within a couple days from first call to finished installation. Can’t give him high enough grade. Quality work and a quality experience.

Michael responded very quickly to us for an emergency plumbing need on Sunday. The job ended up being a huge undertaking which he completed at a fair price in a timely manner. Absolutely recommend using him and his team for any of your plumbing needs!
