very knowledgeable, he diagnosed and fixed the HVAC problem in 2 minutes, went above and beyond making sure the surrounding area that was causing the issue is also taken care of to prevent the same damage happening again! very responsive and punctual, came in early in the morning to fix the HVAC problem. highly recommended!

Rachid is an honest tech that came over as soon as I made the call. He performed the maintenance needed. He checked my HVAC unit/Furnace in detail to ensure they are operating as they should. I like the fact that, he came over quick and was professional and the price was reasonable.

I needed a mini split installed and did not have any luck finding someone willing to do the job. I found Rachid on google and he came out that same day to give an estimate. This is an update on my services that I received over 4 years ago. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I was so grateful to find a company that could assist me while I was without services during the coldest time of the year. Rachid and his company came to my rescue....or so I thought. My first issue, that same year as the installation, the brand new unit went out during the Summer. I call the company back, they come late in the day (due to my work) but cannot fix anything. My house is so hot, he offers to let me stay in his basement. They return, work a while and finally get the AC on. Weeks later it goes out again. This time I have my home warranty company come to see what's going on. The tech goes up amd notices that a part was not replaced with the unit but "cleaned up". This part could have set my home on fire. It was burnt to a crisp. The tech had me call Rachid so he could talk to him. They spoke, the tech was disgusted with the business practice and the only response I received from Rachid is that I should've called him, not the home warranty. My HVAC replacement has been serviced EVERY Summer and Winter since the installation. At 100.00 an appointment, the money i thought I saved with the "deal" I received from Rachid, I did not save anything, not even the time I have to take off of work for the appointments. My HVAC experience taught me a valuable lesson as a homeowner. Pay upfront or you will pay on the backend.

Initially, I wrote a raving review, which mysteriously I can't locate. I am writing this review now as I wait for United Air Temp to come and fix my AC. Due to spotty install work, the unit is surging and burning out fuses REPEATEDLY.

Update: Was informed that NONE of the upstairs portion of the unit was replaced by HVAC tech that came out today (1/28/26) Will probably have to replace ENTIRE unit soon. Contactor is repeatedly burning out due to surges.

Highly recommend Dr HVAC Inc. Our unit died on one of the hottest days this summer, and Amin came to the rescue. I can’t possibly express how grateful we are for his quick work to get our unit repaired. At 6am we worked through diagnosing the issue over the phone, he express ordered the part and immediately fixed it upon its arrival. Safe to say we have an HVAC guy from now on.

Excellent service. Amir and his team are excellent. Very clear and detailed. I felt very frantic when my AC stopped working. Called another company and they were not as clear and direct as Amir was. He helped me and sent me a quote the same day I called him. I am a younger female and just bought my house recently so I was very confused. Very pleased with the work and dedication with the replacement of my furnace and AC. This was a big job during the winter and the men were polite and did their best to keep my home clean.
