C B Lucas team replaced my heat pump and air handler. They were professional and efficient in every regard. The team of 3 replaced all of the old equipment, installed new systems, and tested everything in under 3 hours. Even untimely rain did not slow them. I remain a highly satisfied Lucas customer after many years.

Last year they did my hot water heater, no issues. A few days ago they did my new garbage disposal because my 6-year-old one started leaking. They were here the very next day, in and out in 25 minutes. $500 however I needed it ASAP.
I've also been using CB Lucas for a few years with my AC/heater checkups and my parents have been using them for over 25 years.
The guys are always friendly and respectful.

As always, CB Lucas comes through again. They assisted me with a dryer duct issue that I tried to resolve myself. Well after many bandages later, I decided to call the pros who fixed the issue in short order and at a very reasonable price. I really appreciate these folks!

Troy McDaniel is very knowledgeable and has been servicing our HVAC system for almost 15 years! He is an awesome tech and is very thorough when he inspects/maintains our system. Great Service and Very Knowledgeable Technicians!
They did my original HVAC Install in August of 2012 and the 2 inspections/service every year since then and any service needed (replacement Compressor Capacitor and fix control wires removed by some other company when they were on the roof and needed wire nuts).
I Recommend Them Very Highly!

I appreciate how fast they sent their HVAC Tech to my house. The tech was not only helpful but also honest. I had other HVAC techs come to my house and wanted me to get things done that was not required nor needed. I’m definitely doing business with C.B. Lucas from now on.

Exceptional! I emailed CB Lucas late Tuesday night asking for an appointment to fix issues with my heating unit. The next morning I was called back and scheduled an appointment for that day. They were able to come out and fix my problem in less than 24 hours after I emailed them. The technician, Dennis, was very courteous and professional. He fixed the issue I was having and didn’t leave until after we tested everything and I told him I was satisfied. The support received from CB Lucas, and most importantly Dennis, was second to none.

Fast arrival for a call. About 3 hours. Professional service and very knowledgeable tech. Went over everything told us what he was going to check and the steps. It ended up being something minor that he could fix on the spot. Amazing job! I have been using the for years and I love getting the same techs that know our system.

Recently had my Trane gas furnace stop working. Called C.B. Lucas, since they installed that furnace 9 years ago. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I talked to Eric and he came and did a servicing and it started working great. Eric is an expert and provides great customer service and answered the 50 questions I had. I really appreciate their help with the issue I had. Thanks!

You might have seen my first evaluation of Lukas & Sons HVAC work done for me on February 24, 2024. Please disregard my comments about their price being too high. I wrote it because I was shocked at the amount of the bill. In thinking it over, perhaps i was not fair. They did a good job and the furnace is working fine now. They actually quoted me a price about 40% less than the other HVAC oufit that I called to come look at it. I'm 86 now and perhaps I am out of touch with prices for repairs these days. Lukas installed my furnace 13 years ago and it has run fine until yesterday. I didn't call them back to fix it because I thought their shop was about 40 miles away. I called another outfit closer by. But that was a mistake because they wanted an enormous price to fix it. It needed a new control panel. I should have called Lukas first and should have educated myself on the costs of such repairs before proceeding with either outfit. So i'm retracting my previous evaluation of Lukas and giving them high marks for the good work they did for me and the fair price they charged me.

C. B. Lucas did an amazing job with helping relocate the gas meter of my house from the inside to the outside. Great experience and price.

On the day that washington gas finally came to finish the job 3 months later of back and forth rescheduling i had forgotten to call C. B Lucas to come relight the gas for us to have heat and hot water in winter.

On the day the day they came i was able to personally speak with the owner who made sure to send someone short notice as we have no other source of heat. God bless them and will use them for all jobs possible
