Bryan was outstanding. Prompt, super friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure we understood everything he was telling us and left our home as clean as he found it when he was done. We've used other electrical contractor's in the past and this is the only company we will use from now on. If I could give them a 6th star I would!

The owner is a former Marine and has been diligently growing his business by delivering excellent work. I am a GC project manager and estimator and have been working with Bryan Electrical on a variety of commercial projects for almost 3 years. From tenant improvements to new construction and new service installation, Bryan has been responsive providing solid workmanship and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

Bryan and his assistant did a fantastic job replacing my ceiling fan with a brand new one and installing the new dimmer/fan switch. They were on time, very professional and very cordial. Professional services, dependable personnel, technically astute electricians who made quick work in completing the job. From the owner Bryan to two (2) of his technicians Shawn and Sway; Excellent representation! The technicians were also very personable. The replaced three (3) wired smoke/co detectors, installed three (3) battery smoke/co detectors, and installed a GFCI switch for the washer. They also replaced one light switch and light receptacle. Outstanding service and diagnosis of my HVAC. Identified the problem as a capacitor, replaced it and it was cooling again in short order. Great attention to detail, cleaned up and used shoe covers to make sure no mess was tracking into the house. Chris L. was my service technician and was very pleasant to deal with. I will used C.B. Lucas for my future HVAC repairs.

C.B. Lucas installed our HVAC system. We also have a maintenance contract with them. Dennis was here today and did a great job on checking out our system and briefing us on the status of our system. Dennis provided a great customer service experience.

We had a very good technician today (Dennis Sanderson). He corrected a circuit board that was left on top of the unit in the attic since it was installed and installed it inside the duct. He also kept us informed of potential future issues with the capacitor. He was very informative and helpful.

So I had my semi-annual HVAC checkup and as usual CB Lucas folks were professional and efficient. This time my technician was Eric, who was just outstanding. Not only was my system checked including changing filters and cleaning outside coils. I was very pleased with the service.

They stood out head and shoulders above the several companies I considered to replace our home’s HVAC system (air handler and heat pump) with a Trane system. What truly distinguished them were the upfront ways Mike discussed the project with me and how well his technicians did the work: consistently prompt, efficient, professional, and personable with no nonsense and no hassle. Overall, pricing was competitive; service was superior.

Horrible experience. HVAC not done to fit the needs of the finished space. Blazing hot in summer and freezing in winter- 1 vent installed to service over 1200 sq feet of finished space including an exercise studio. In addtion to that, the units don't work and leaked through the ceiling. Michael Lucas refused to analyze or repair the issues. Plus, refused to honor the warranty.

Dennis was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgable and gave the ac unit a complete assessment. He explain things and how to take care of the problem. I have had 4 previous techs come out and none have been as efficient as Dennis. He was able to fix the problem that previous techs looked over and bypassed. Thank you Dennis, such a nice individual.
