Reviews of local pros in Exmore, Virginia

Our yard is in the shade and we had trouble getting grass to grow. We called Browder-Hite and decided to try their lawn maintenance program. The difference is astounding! Donna is great to work with - she has advised on several trees and bushes that they planted. Everyone who comes and does work is professional and knowledgeable. We are really pleased with everything they have done for our yard! Pics were taken in March 2023 (before we started the program) and 2026 (now - after 1.5 years of being on the program)

Great work and very professional staff

Most spectacular team to work with.
This is a vacation home and BROWDERHITE makes our life simple by doing all the work................. so we really do get to vacation............

Ty and his team are simply the best: they take the time to understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish and make a detailed plan for achieving it. Can't recommend them enough!

Browder-Hite is expanding their business to include green houses and new offices. Land clearing is about to begin.

Knowledgeable and professional! They were able to find a solution that fit my needs and executed the work while I was away without any issues. Highly recommend! Worth the cost for peace of mind in quality and execution.

Our 1920 farmhouse is now shining because of the professional work done by these crews here. I couldn't be more grateful to have your help to finish off the vision around this property.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Just had irrigation installed on the remaining piece of my property. Paul and Jose did a very professional job. After installation the system was tested and adjusted where necessary.

Have used Browder-Hite on two occasions on the Eastern Shore. This team is responsive, professional provide high quality service and products. Landscaping and lighting services were all completed as per our discussions and we have now opted for maintenance service. Highly recommend Benjamin and his team.

Browder-Hite has been doing my yard for several years. I have been generally please with their care and maintenance. The thing I have liked the most is if I call with a concern or needing something addressed they are very responsive.

Met the owner who was working hard in the hot sun.
He was very friendly and took time to talk to me even though I had interrupted him from his work. He is very knowledgeable about different types of turf grasses. I like my grass cut very short and most companies have no capabilities to do that.
Benjamin told me he would come over and check out my yard so I thought it would be a few days coming but he came over the same day we met. Then he sent over his irrigation man Paul who was very friendly and fixed the irrigation in about 5 minutes.
Excellent service and very punctual and knowledgeable. I will use them for all my landscaping needs. Thank you Browder Hite!

We use Browder Hite for our lawn and garden maintenance. Recently they came in and trimmed all of the bushes surrounding our condo complex. They did a remarkable job of cleaning up the bush clippings . It was a very hot day and they worked tirelessly. We have always been pleased with their great services! They are always very professional and reliable.

I asked the folks at Browder-Hite to give me an estimate on edging and mulching our flower beds. Donna visited the site in a timely manner and after a quote was given and accepted the work was done in a timely manner. The work looks very professional and I plan to use Browder-Hite for future work. Would I recommend Browder-Hite? Yes!

Benjamin and his team have done a great job at our vacation home in Cape Charles. Our grass & landscaping looks wonderful. We love the Julia Child roses he suggested & planted below our bedroom window. Responsive, professional & detail oriented group. Highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional work done by Bowder-Hite! From concept to completion, their team, led by Benjamin, was outstanding. They seamlessly blended my ideas with their expertise, creating a stunning outdoor space that exceeded our expectations.

The attention to detail during implementation was impressive. The team's communication was excellent, addressing any questions promptly.

I highly recommend Bowder-Hite for their professionalism, creativity, and dedication to customer satisfaction. My outdoor beach oasis is now a daily source of joy, thanks to their expertise.
