Local company on the eastern shore of va. Located in Exmore va. Nice shop. Very knowledge people. But your gonna pay for what they know. Reasonable in price stores. But are higher then most places if they have what your looking for.

We have used Senn for sink drainage issues, radiant heat flooring issues, and most recently installation of a Panasonic mini-split in our guest cottage. They are professional, reliable, and have tackled jobs that other plumbers could not seem to handle. Their prices beat them all and they even came up with a way to add a cheaper fine sediment filter to our Rinnai on demand water heater that saved us hundreds of dollars.

I called to see if the had a washer Knob for my washing machine, they said they thought they would....
And They did....great service

They have lots of different bathroom parts and everything is nice and neat and organized.
If you live on the lower shore ...you dont have to drive to Pokemoke or Salisbury ...this little know gem with all kinds of appliance parts is right here in the town of Exmore

Technician, an older gentleman, though younger than I, assisted me with retrofitting a Gould pump. Was very grateful for his time and expertise.

I did have to use a tap to chase the threads of the pump housing,

I have a 140 year old house with 18 inches crawl space. Chris and Jay showed up on time and listened well about what was going on. They did not give up solving the problem and after an hour got to the root of it. There were multiple leaks after a recent ice storm. Jay persisted despite cramped conditions and deserves a medal 🏅 Chris held off on dismounting the pump long enough to think and look some more to figure out the real issue. He deserves a medal as well. I won’t call anyone else but Herbert Senn and Company for my plumbing needs.

This was a good company at one time, but it has been bought by a new owner and has gone sharply downhill. Twice they scheduled service calls here, but both times they failed to call or show. The first time I let it slide, figuring that anyone could have a bad day. The second time, I called several times and was assured that the service call was coming. When I called again at 4:05 p.m., the new owner gave me an angry earful - he had a much better paid job that his men were on and that if they came by today, it would cost me time and a half for the labor. I asked him if he would reconsider that, politely, and he continued to be rude and unprofessional. I let him know that I no longer wanted to do business with the company (which retained the name of the original owner). I don't think I can remember a less professional interaction with anyone in any business setting. Steer clear.

This group is the absolute best. They have done an amazing job on an extensive home renovation. They have been beyond professional and responsive. Greatly appreciated. I have worked with many contractors and these guys truly stand out.
