Reviews of local pros in Exmore, Virginia

I've used Browder Hite's services for years. I love that they can do it all - landscaping, irrigation, lighting. I've had excellent results and top notch consultations also. Definitely my "go to" when I have a yard issue!

False advertising. Needed help with general lawn care consulting. Told wouldn’t take it on. Apparently we are not lucrative enough to help.

Update:
Browder hite immediately reached out to me and we were able to come to an understanding about my needs. They have since been professional, consultative and respectful in all interactions. I have updated my review to 5 stars.

Very professional and arrived right on time. Quality of work was outstanding. Well done and would use again !

My wife and I worked with Benjamin on a new home build in Bay Creek. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and the time he took to work with us to tailor our needs for our forever home in Bay Creek within the budget we allocated. He was responsive throughout the process, and worked well with us throughout the process. Since we are out of town he was kind enough (without prompting) to send us pictures and video of the major milestones of the project - which means the world to you when you are 4 hours away and can't wait to see how things are coming on your new home! Strongly recommend using this company and Benjamin in particular!

It was such a pleasure doing business with them! They were on time, were very neat, and did a fantastic job with our irrigation system upgrade.

My daughters car window was broken by accident by a rock when the lawn guys was cutting the grass next door and they came right out, looked at it, and had the new glass put in a few days later without any hassle. They were awesome!!!

Donna and the WHOLE Crew at Browder-Hite are an incredible, efficient, and effective operation. Their efforts to hear about customer desires and priorities give the customer a unique confidence in the plan for the property and knowing what the final results will be. We’re blessed with one of the premier properties in town, known for its fine-groomed and healthy appearance, with well-maintained mature growth. Thank you B-H for keeping the legacy intact.

We have been clients of Browder Hite since we moved to the Eastern Shore in 2020. They provide exceptional service. No matter the crew that shows up to the house, we can count on professional, efficient, and detail-oriented service. They have maintained our flower beds, handled irrigation needs, and recently we added mowing to the mix. What I appreciate most about Browder Hite is that they are reliable. You can count on them to deliver first class service!

Browder-Hite was very professional in sorting out my lawn for fall maintenance. They came quickly and had the job done in a correct manner. The team was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Donna and the crew were great to work with. They had great communication, did the work exactly as agreed upon and were able to add some additional work decided on after the initial contract. Crew was very professional and left the work site clean and beautiful.

Browder-Hite installed a large privacy screen/living dog fence for us. Donna came out, measured and recommended the best plants. She stayed in touch throughout, from planning to the very end. The new bed was neatly defined, nicely raised and the plants are beautifully arranged and mulched. Additionally, RJ repaired existing irrigation and added a new zone. He quickly diagnosed the problems we were experiencing, explained it all clearly, offered best recommendations and worked efficiently to get the entire system running correctly. Lastly, after installing the new bed, Ibili and his landscape crew expertly pruned and cleaned badly overgrown sections of the property. It's amazing what this crew of three accomplished and the difference it all makes around our property. Every single person worked hard and diligently; they were all professional, neat and thorough. We are extremely pleased with all the work and will absolutely seek out Browder-Hite for future landscape needs.

I got involved with Browder-Hite by sheer accident.... I had another contractor working on my property that did some major construction screw-ups and Browder-Hite came in after and worked their magic.

For a background I have a home in Onancock VA on the Eastern Shore. We were in the middle of a large scale pool install when everything went bad. Donna from Browder Hite stepped in was exceptional to work with, respecting our budget, flexible on the timeline... and when the Browder-Hite crews started it was simply amazing... what we expected to take weeks was done in days and all of it exceptional quality. Of course all projects have their hiccups, but when ours happened Browder Hite (Donna) were on site in 15 minutes and were knee deep (and in our case, pool deep) in getting things worked out and back on track. We liked and admired their work so much in resolving our construction and hardscape issues that we were glad to expand the project and get them to provide a large amount site grading and landscaping.

If you have ANY need with landscaping, hard scape or any site construction projects (especially in the Eastern Shore) I would absolutely reccomend Browder Hite... you will be so pleased with the outcome.
