Carlos, the owner, and his team did an amazing job with assembling me two portable bar carts for my business. I provided all the supplies and the template and they made my dream come to life! I am more than happy with the results. He even went out of his way to replace, return, and repurchase any materials that were not fit for the job and was in constant communication with me. They even delivered the finished products to my apartment, completely wrapped and protected. I would book them for this job again and again.

All Clear, LLC is an amazing new provider of junk disposal, lawn care, pressure wash, and many other home exterior services. We highly recommend All Clear for any exterior maintenance. We met the owner while dining out, and one thing led to another and we hired his firm to help us remove construction debris from our back yard. We received a free estimate and, having agreed on the extremely reasonable price, committed to their services later in the week. Communications were always timely, professional, and quick. All Clear showed up right on time and immediately found our address which is not always easy (they later told us they conduct a map reconnaissance prior to any job - warming my retired US Army heart). They quickly but safely loaded the construction debris, and then swept and used a blower to completely clean up the site. Having brought an trimmer/edger to also use in cleaning up the site, they offered to cut the grass and edge the sidewalks, which were sorely needed! They did an amazing job, again at a very affordable price. Finally, invoicing was clear and easy to understand, and payment was effortless using a web payment method. Talking to the crew, we found out it is a family owned and operated business, and this family is so nice. We highly recommend All Clear to anyone needing any sort of exterior maintenance or related services in the Northern Virginia area.

The service was amazing! They came on time. Very reliable. They did clean the snow in my parking lot and went the extra mile by making a path for me to walk as well.
Also, they were extremely nice and thoughtful. They gave me a cone to keep in my parking spot to avoid anyone else parking in my spot during this snow season. Very professional. Will highly recommend.

ALL CLEAR did a great job cleaning and inspecting my gutters and roof, soft-washing dirty and mildewed exterior areas, and sanding and painting exterior surface areas so everything was winter-ready.

I want to share that I highly recommend Carlos and his company for any work you may need around your home. He is meticulous, hard working and intent on customer satisfaction. He recently cleaned a two story chandelier for me and I could not be more pleased. His prices are reasonable and as I said he will not leave until you are satisfied with the work he has done. I reached out to All Clear after a frustrating experience with a different company. The first power washing company gave me a quote but offered dates weeks out for the service, and then canceled due to weather and once again offered a date a month out to reschedule.

We were desperately trying to find someone to shovel our driveway. I called and spoke with Carlos and he said that they were extremely busy, but if I would send pictures, he could see what he could do. Shortly he was at our house and began shoveling and was done within the hour. Not only did he shovel the driveway, he cleaned off our car, removed the ice from my wheelchair ramp and salted the area. Plan on using them in the future.
