Brad did an excellent job scrubbing and sealing our bathroom floors. Our 17 year old floors look like new. I highly recommend Grout Genie. In addition to the quality work, they are very organized and professional.

We noticed a small issue that needed to be addressed the next day after the service. Called the office and Rich came out that morning. Problem solved by noon. Excellent customer service.

I had a cracked tile in my master bathroom, and Rich came in and fixed it. Every other company I spoke with quoted me $6,800–$7,900 to replace the entire floor. Rich took one look and said, “No worries—we can fix this.”

He carefully removed the damaged tile, cleaned everything up, and replaced it so perfectly that you can’t even tell there was ever an issue. On top of that, Rich is such a perfectionist that he noticed the grout was slightly off (I didn’t even see it). He came back with new grout and made sure it matched perfectly.

I’m completely blown away by Rich and his team. Thank you, Nicole and Rich, for such a great experience. I will absolutely recommend you to everyone.

So glad we went with The Grout Genie for renovating our shower. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified our leak source when other plumbers couldn’t. Both he and Nicole communicated clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. We don’t wear shoes in our home, but most remodel/repair people we have come out don’t respect that. Everyone from The Grout Genie was very conscientious and only wore shoes when necessary and kept a clean workspace. I know our shower was done right the first time and it looks great! Our old shower pan also used to crack/buckle under minimal weight, which was pretty nerve wracking. The new pan is totally solid. Even when our new pan came in a day late rescheduling the remodel was easy. The team is sensitive to budget and I never felt we were being upsold or pressured into anything. Will definitely book with them again when we fix our 2nd bathroom.

One of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the initial estimate visit by Nicole, to the backsplash installation by Richard, to the grout cleaning and sealing by Brad, everything was better than great. These people are real pros and you can tell how much pride they have in the work they do. There was total communication throughout the project, no surprises, and, like I said, they did superb work. The shower in our master bathroom needed grout cleaning badly and now it looks like new. The backsplash completes the kitchen perfectly and is perfectly installed. They were in and out in two days, with a final hour-long visit a few days afterwards for the grout sealing. The grout genie team did an excellent job cleaning and sealing my tile floors and grout. Brad and Jorge were thoroughly professional. They explained everything up front, called my attention to a small ding the equipment made in the baseboard which was immediately repaired. The work done was mostly cleaning, repair and sealing of my bathroom flooring, but the doors were also cleaned and silicone was replaced.

There was no way Brad was going to leave without a 5-star review. I could tell from his work ethic and approach that he was going to tackle this with focus and great attention to detail. My grout was in bad shape and at times he made decisions that would better the life of my shower. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do, gave me options, kept me informed on the issues he was spotting and had plans to address them –even calling back to home base for second opinions. The result, I have a shower that looks brand new. I mean, my grout was crumbling and the adhesive from the install had been seeping up. The crevasses were so deep that water was pooling under the tile…. Brad came in and worked magic. Once completed, Brad also gave me some cleaning tips that we will surely do to maintain the tile. I am very happy with the result and my wife will be too once she sees it! I fully recommend Brad and The Grout Genie for your NOVA floor and bathroom needs.

Grout Genie did an amazing job cleaning my grout and repair missing grout. The tech was very professional and I'd definitely use their service again. They were also much cheaper then other quotes I got.

Richard took care of my shower curb when it was in a terrible state. He speculated how prior shoddy work from other contractors led to the damage of my shower, and backed up his claims by walking me through the nature of the installation. Not only did he provide a good repair, but he educated me on the process. He was punctional and fast with his work and did not oversell me on anything beyond what he believed was a fair and legitimate repair job. Highly reccomend him and his team.

We used Grout Genie (Hans was our technician) for our primary bathroom shower grout cleaning and repair and have seen great results! The price isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it as we’ve struggled cleaning this area. Super easy to schedule and very responsive.

R&M Wood Floor Cleaning & Refinishing did a great job on a very tight timeline. They are one of the only company's in the area that offers cleaning/rebuffing; screening/recoating and full refinishing in one seemless package and they are willing to do different levels of service depending on the condition of the floor in each room. Ricardo carefully inspected our floors and did a great job providing us with options and transparent pricing. He also proactively communicated throughout the whole process.
