I could not recommend Andrey and his crew highly enough! Andrey came to my home on the same day I called to help with a MAJOR water leak that had damaged 3 stories of my house. We ended up needing restoration to three floors, two ceilings and multiple walls. This ended up being a huge project not only to dry everything out but then to put it back together. I had full confidence in their abilities throughout and was very happy with the crews that were sent in. All of the workers were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were up front about cost, timing and scope of work. I was able to contact them at any time and always received a very quick response. After the job was complete Andrey even came back to give advice on a separate water issue I was having at no charge. These guys are the very best and I am so happy I found them in our time of need! 5 stars all day

I called Ultimate Water Damage after a water supply pipe burst within my rental unit. Within 3 hours Andrey and his team showed up and performed the water mitigation service without even requesting a deposit to begin the work! He provided a written estimate for the mitigation and repairs to my insurance company and performed all to perfection! The insurance company took over two months to finally pay them for all of the work they performed, but Ultimate NEVER harassed me for payment…even though I felt terrible about the whole situation. Bottom line, the insurance company finally settled the claim and Ultimate Water Damage is on my speed dial for any future issues with my properties. They are truly AMAZING at what they do!

Andrey and his team absolutely deserve the 5-star rating. From the moment we called, Andrey was very professional and treated us like we were his only customers. It was evening when we called, and they were onsite with all the equipment in less than an hour. Andrey made sure our space was completely dry before leaving. He also helped out in working with insurance and finding contractors to do the repair (painting and carpeting). On top of all that, he is very personable and easy to chat with. If you have water damage, don’t look anywhere else and just call Andrey.

Andrey and his team helped us navigate two big challenges—unwelcome water in our basement and dealing with an insurance claim. Very reliable and supportive company to assist and solve problems quickly and efficiently. I had a water leakage in my house one day before my granddaughter's birthday party. I was very lucky to be connected to Andrey, the manager of the company. He was very diligent and successful to manage the drying of the affected areas to prevent serious issues which allowed us to have the party safely. I cannot count how many trips this guy made to the house with his staff to continue with the complete drying for 5-6 days. Then he sent another staff to do the second part of the job to complete the work. Don't hesitate to contact and hire this company for your next project or unexpected water issues. You'll be a very happy and satisfied customer like me.

We’ve unfortunately had a few water-related incidents in our home over the years, but were lucky enough to find Andrey and his team. They’re always super quick and knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. There’s no one else I would think to call, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has water damage that they need repaired.

My hot water heater had a catastrophic failure 2/7/26, a few days after a huge snow/ice storm in Northern VA. The utility room floor & several areas of wall-to-wall carpeting were soaked. Andrey, the owner, came out late Saturday night within 15 min of my calling. He immediately set up big fans to start drying out everything. He's so kind, patient, knowledgeable & hard-working. He calmed me down & assured me everything would be OK. He returned Sunday AM with his men and more fans & huge dehumidifiers. He supervised everything. Late Sunday night several fans stopped working & came by early Monday to fix the problem & get everything working again. I know he had other jobs to manage, but he was always available to discuss my concerns & questions & come back as needed. I greatly appreciate his help & would definitely recommend him to others.

I unfortunately had a dishwasher installed by Homedepo and it leaked into my basement. It was a mess! The ceiling caved in it was that bad. I called Unlimited Water Damage Restoration LLC. And dealt with Andre. He responded almost immediately and came out within hours. The crew was so nice, professional and truly helpful! They took good care of areas not damaged and made sure to be clean throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience using Ultimate Water Damage Restoration, and would highly recommend them. We had an issue with sewage backing up into our basement, and after a plumber resolved the clog we needed someone to clean up the contaminated area and remediate all of the damage.

Andrey was really fast to respond to our call and came onsite that same day to review what had happened. He was knowledgable and very easy to communicate with -- we talked through all of the work that he would recommend and the different options. After giving the go ahead, they were able to start right away. The folks on the crew were great as well, they clearly communicated what was happening the whole time, were very clean and professional, and left everything in a great state afterwards. We were very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

Thorough, professional, quality restoration work. We had a water damage issues in two bathrooms and when Andrey came out, he noticed issues that other companies didn't notice, and was the most thorough at explaining not only the work that he'd recommend done and why, but the process with insurance (which he dealt with for us so we could be assured it would all be covered!). We had to have a decent amount done in the bathrooms including re-tiling most of one shower- his construction team were super sweet and did a beautiful job-- working long days so we could have our bathrooms back quickly. Would highly recommend!

We had water come in through a window well getting flooded during heavy rain. Ultimate Water Damage Restoration was able to come inspect the damage and provide a solution in a very timely manner especially with many other homes having water issues during the heavy storm months. Andrey was super knowledgeable and answered our many questions with patience to ensure the water damage inside was fix and how to prevent it from happening again.

Highly recommend Ultimate Water Damage Restoration. Andrey was able to provide a same-day quote in a fairly accurate range based on a handful of photos and some questions answered over text. He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home.

He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation.

While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5.

The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.
