The STB team managed to get the project done smoothly. The most impressive part is that when there is a problem, they did not hide it or try to convince you that it was fine. The STB team was honest about the problems along the way and was serious about our concerns. The bottomline is, they were willing to communicate and took care of all the unexpected situations quickly and nicely. Although only time could tell the long-term quality of the work, we are very happy with the current results.

Mr. Kim from STB was very helpful. He explained the entire project to us and provided comprehensive information about the materials as well as the procedures. As our project manager, Mr. Kim was friendly, patient and professional. He went out of his way to provide useful information beyond this project to help us planning the remodeling.

The project went very smoothly. I spoke with TS on a Thursday and he scheduled an estimate for the following date. The salesmen was very knowledgeable and walked me through the various options for the gutters. I received a firm estimate on Monday and the work was scheduled the following day.
The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The removed our old gutters, installed new ones, and installed gutter guard on all the gutters. After speaking on site, they agreed to include replacing a small area of guttering that was too small for the space.

The job took about 3 1/2 hours and they hauled away all the trash, debris, and old gutters. We received a 5-year warranty on the work and a 20-year warranty on the gutter guard.

Overall, I am extremely pleased not only with the level of service I received (both before and after install), but with the pricing--it was very competitive. I highly recommend TS and his team.

Very happy with the product and service we received from STB Remodeling. We had previously received a high pressure sales pitch from the Leaf Filter company who quoted us a good deal more for essentially the same product. STB Remodeling came by, conducted their measurements, and gave us an offer. We scheduled an installation date for a few days out. They showed up on time and completed their work in a few hours (almost 300ft of gutters). They also redirected a down spout that was previously dumping near our front door, all for a reasonable fee. The process was hassle free and I will recommend them to any looking for a leaf filter type product.

The initial inspection went quite well — John Lee and his colleague showed up on time, were professional, and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. Despite promising a quote within a couple of days, they never followed up. I reached out over the next week and got absolutely no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored after they took the time to come out. We wasted two weeks with a broken gutter that really needed fixing. If you’re looking for a company that follows through, regardless of accepting to do a job or not, or even just replies to messages, look elsewhere. Total waste of time.

John's team was outstanding. We didn't have a lot of upfront communication because his product and price didn't need a lot of sales. These are very very close to gutter cover systems that cost two to eight times as much. He completed the job faster than expected and the results were very impressive. I highly recommend this team!

In that the gutter cleaning company I used to use just raised their rates by 40%, it will be good not to have to keep shelling out that money in the future.

We had our second good experience with STB this week. The team is responsive and knowledgeable, pointing out where the company we hired last year had not taken everything into account and led to us needing the same job done again this year. They were there the next day to do the estimate and worked with our schedule to find best time for repair. Job was done well and fairly priced. Will be our first call for any future home repair jobs.

On February 20, 2026, I had a job scheduled to be done on my townhouse. After a few initial texts, wherein I described the problem on my gutters, which is water overflowing on the front gutters during torrential rains. Instead of giving me a quote for that specific job, I was sent a quote with a huge amount, proposing to change the whole gutters and replacing the filters. I have to admit I do not know anything about gutters. However, I felt the quote was not consistent with my needs. After a few back and forth, we agreed for only cleaning the gutters and replacing the filters in the front and in the back, although I still felt the work was only needed in the front. I gave in when he said it needed to be done in the front as well as in the back as I trusted his knowledge.
At the outset, I had one simple request - to have pictures taken Before and After. The workers arrived first and the only one who could speak English was very polite and friendly. I asked about John and I was told he was coming later. The team started the work, John came by then and it was done in a couple of hours. I did see one of the workers taking pictures from where I was standing. As John was leaving, I asked him for the pictures. He said he will send them later. I felt that was strange, but decided to be patient. Never received the pics. After a couple of days, I decided to send John a text, still nothing, sent another text, still nothing, until I felt obliged to call to finally receive the pictures.
I was quite bewildered to see that the 'before and after' did not offer any basis for me for comparison. The before had me in the pics from below which showed that they were legit. What surprised me was the "after" pic, which was a single picture of only about 3 feet of the filters. I wrote back asking for more "after" pictures to enable me to compare. He could not provide same and started having attitude with me like saying "let's stop this nonsense", "you don't trust us, that means you don't trust anybody". Admittedly, this created a sense of distrust and my doubting John's integrity and honesty. Personally, I felt that while the work was indeed taken care of in the front, nothing was done in the back because it did not need to. I had those filters replaced about 4 years ago. I have no way of checking it as I cannot climb on the roof to assess, unless I hire another vendor to do so. I feel I have been taken for a ride (being an older homeowner), not everything agreed upon in the contract, was taken care of. I saw some debris of the filters that were removed in front but none in the back. A small detail, after they left, I had to pick up little pieces of cut up wiry filters and working gloves from my flower bed up front as the cleaning was not perfect.
As a client, I do appreciate good work and I show it through raving reviews, or follow up messages to convey my satisfaction. With STB Remodeling, all I can say, is "Karma is real, what goes around comes around."

I got a pipe burst in my rec room and called Andre for help. He came within an hour and cleaned up all the mess on the same day. The entire water damage remedy process took several days because we had to wait for the entire space to get completely dry. Andre would stop by to check the progress and take measurements and photos as evidence. I didn’t need to deal with my insurance adjuster. Andre did all the work for me. He’s very professional. Great experience with this company. They were fast the respond. Our hot water heater busted and flooded the entire basement. Crew did a great job to mitigate it. Carpet was dry in 3 days and didn’t have to be replaced. Highly recommend this company.

Back in Mid July we had a very bad storm which resulted in significant water damage in our basement. We were looking for a company to come out and dry everything to prevent mold and unfortunately this was now 9pm at night. We found Ultimate Water Damage Restoration, called and reached Andrey the owner. We didn't get a call center we got a human being on the phone who could help us immediately! We were pleasantly shocked. He and his team showed up at our house in under an hour to start assessing the damage. They determined that all of the soaked 1200sqft of carpet had to go, the baseboards and part of the drywall. They worked until about 1am and then came back around 8am to finish the job. They quickly removed everything and got drying equipment in there to prevent mold from growing. We had alot of things in the basement due to recently moving and they took excellent care to protect everything and lift it up off of the ground. We had a really big job and Andrey gave us a very good price for the amount of work that had to be done. They had great communication and showed up on time and explained to us the process. We never wanted to be in a situation that we needed to call a water damage company but we are very glad and that we found Andrey and Ultimate Water Damage Restoration and we highly recommend them!
