Constraction reviews in Fairfax, Virginia

Annual services on Geothermal heating and air conditioning units. Great service! Excellent problem solving! Honest analyses! They have integrity!!!! Nice people in this company at every level!

North American Geothermal gave us a prompt response and estimate to replace our 22-year-old geothermal WaterFurnace Heat Pump system and we are so pleased we chose to work with them. They carefully evaluated our needs and existing ground-loop integrity so that we could move forward with confidence in replacing our heat pump. Every employee we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Our new WaterFurnace system was up and running perfectly in record time and we have confidence in their able to maintain our efficient geothermal HVAC system for another 20+ years.

North American Geothermal went above and beyond in helping us install geothermal heating and cooling. When we ran into county permit issues blocking our project they found new options to move it forward. We are extremely happy.

North American came out and replaced the control board on my Water Furnace in about 20 minutes. They had the part on the truck and were neat, clean and efficient. PROS!

After our system stopped working, the technician worked diligently, for almost 3 hours, to find the problem - it turned out to be a burned out fuse. But it took real effort to track it down. We are very pleased with his work. He was friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with.

My first visit from North American Georhermal went very well. Will and Curtis got to know my unit, checked it out and gave it a clean bill of health. I look forward to using this company annually.

Will was excellent! Arrived on time; introduced himself, had all the necessary tools, etc that he needed to do the job. Wore shoe coverings. Asked if we had any problems/questions. Left the work area clean!

North American Geothermal just completed an install at our house in Herndon, and the entire process was great! So far the system has exceeded our expectations. We first contacted North American Geothermal in March, and the install was completed at the start of June. The team was incredibly professional and detail oriented, ensuring all of the equipment was sized appropriately, completing multiple sizing estimates, to include a manual-j to ensure the system would perform as expected. The actual install process started on May 22nd with the drilling of 800+ ft of vertical loops, with the system being fully commissioned on June 9. The team was prompt, professional, and detail oriented. The install looks great, the yard was put back together, and they even addressed damage to our paver walkway without needing to have it be brought to their attention. I would highly recommend North American Geothermal to anyone considering getting a system installed.

We had a horrible experience ordering custom doors. It was a total fiasco spanning 3 months. Fortunately we had only 1 door installed and won't have the rest installed which we had measurements for. Camilla was a completely useless salesperson but Ah Xul who was the manager was incredibly rude. I'm used to useless salespeople, but the rudeness of Ah Xul has guaranteed Home Depot will lose all of our business.

Home depot what's not to love , they have so much stuff for homes , even oil for your car , love Home Depot

Excellent service and attention to detail

The best sheet metal for over 30 years

Amazing needed new chase cover

Called to speak to the owner and when the man that answered the phone told me he wasn't there, I asked if I could leave a message for him. This man's response was "no....." and he hung up on me. Really bad customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Been doing business for years with Lee High Sheet Metal. Always helpful and friendly. Quick turnaround on special orders. HVAC and custom washer pans.

The greatest sheetmetal place their is. Sure other sheet metal places might tack weld a few more spots here and there but if you eliminated those tack welds the product is still just as strong. Lee Hi has great prices for their products. If you want a couple more tack welds and pay about 3x as much then be my guest but I will stand by Lee Hi. Doug always helps me size up my chase covers so its appropriately sized instead of just making what I write and it being wrong. Businesses like these dont exist anymore! 10 out 10 for Lee High Sheet Metal, I recommend them to everyone!
