What an amazingly pleasant experience it is to deal with NA GeoThermal! They responded to my request for service on a Sunday and would have come the next day. Curtis and Alex truly know what they are doing. My three air conditioning issues were all resolved efficiently and everything is working great in this scorching weather. After trying four different companies for my geothermal needs over the 14 years I have been in this house, NA GeoThermal have proven to be the only ones who can make everything work beautifully. Plus, dealing with the office as well as the technicians is a joy!

Recently had a geothermal HVAC installed by the folks at North American Geothermal, I have to say I'm very happy with the work they performed and their professionalism. Throughout the process, they were responsive to my needs, and continue to be, even after work has been completed. I had a minor hiccup with the well drilling subcontractor, but NA Geo got it taken care of within an hour.

They were a bit more expensive than another contractor that quoted me, but they left my yard looking good and the interior patch work was done very well, so I was ok with the trade-off. I would highly recommend them.

Just got a system installed at start of winter. Love it. Company is well organized. The owner was easy to talk to and I interfaced a lot with his son who was incredibly knowledgeable. Who team was very professional and took pride in doing things correctly. When replacing the existing heat pump the changed the layout slightly to make it easier for me to do maintenance. If you are thinking about Geothermal, highly recommend these guys.

I had very bad experience with this geo thermal company , I had green hill company who installed my system , they routed to this company, they have some good employees and some money making employees, one guy came before who was very experienced and had issue with control board for my one of the units , he fixed and I appreciated , I called them and I thanked management for this type employees who was very honest , exactly new what supposed to be done, he checked warranty and he made me saved some money , then I had another unit had issue , I called northern geo thermal , I requested to send the guy who came before , they told me , they will sent him , but instead they sent another guy who i refused previously, because his dishonesty( his name is Mohammad )this time he charged me 400 dollars for service appointment by wasting time to find the issue and he was going back and forth outside, sitting on the car and eventually put some Freon and made the equipment working and charged me around 900 dollars , and reported I have leaking coil and need replacement, If I have to replace it why I have to spend 900 dollars for simple service , I called company and explained details, suggested to reduce the charges but instead , he said tear off the bill, we will not serve you , I just wanted to have honesty so that I can continue with this company , he did not provide warranty details as customer expects to have friendly explanations whole think , intention is to make money , within two 3 months , system not working again due to leaking coil and need replacement . Called them to give me estimate , but rather they refused to serve me ! It is very disrespectful without discussing, they just wanna go highway rather than discussing with customer friendly manner! This is not a professionalism!

Had a geothermal pump replaced. The team showed up on time, despite frigid weather, and completed the work in a timely manner. Both members of the team were polite and professional taking care to wear shoe covers and prep the work area to minimize mess.
