Trevor was extremely helpful today. I had a large project with a lot of small pieces and he was patient and helpful grabbing it all and switching material when the plans change. He knew where everything was located and was fast in billing.

So far, excellent! There's more work to be done, which is why I can't complete my review, but I can say that Bo is an expert and was not held back by anything that the previous DIY owners of this house left behind. He replaced 3 ceiling fans for us, and we are totally happy with the results.

AJ Long recently installed an EV charger at my residence and they were fantastic! They kept me informed of when they would do the work and how long it would take. Their prices are competitive and fair - I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Jason from AJ Long Electric. I had a power outage in the master bedroom and bath and could not figure where the problem was. Jason arrived on the near side of the arrival window and go right to work in diagnosing the problem. He then explained everything to me in terms I could understand and let me see what he was doing while he resolved the issue. All this was done in a timely manner on relatively short notice. I would use this service again and would recommend it to friends/family.

We have used AJ Long Electric for all kinds of work at our home and they were excellent in every respect. We had them update many lights, remove old florescent lights, install outdoor security lights, change old switches to add dimmers, and help us clarify some old labels in our fuse box. The best thing about AJ Electric is THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE! They respond quickly to our inquiries, they email and text frequently with updates, we see an estimate for every job days before they arrive, and they text when they're on their way. Responsiveness is the most important aspect of a any business relationship and with AJ Electric it's their modus operandii.

After AJ Electric arrives, their work is professional and of high quality. Their electrians work efficiently and are very mindful of being a guest in a customer's home. We have also appreciated how the AJ Electric staff, despite us having agreed to an estimate, will still consult with us before finalizing any work just in case we want any changes. Often, we have a discussion about any other options or ideas before we proceed. That degree of consideration on any home projects is great appreciated.

Bo did a great job installing a dedicated line to the second floor.

He came to set up timers that run my outdoor lighting. He did a good job and he was very knowledgeable.

Excellent experience! I had trouble with a new light fixture because it kept tripping the breaker every time I tried to turn the light on at the wall switch. After several days of phoning friends and attempting to self trouble shoot with the help of AI, I got nowhere. I called AJ Long Electric and they sent out Sai who showed up within 2-hours of my call (I did not request emergency service). He diagnosed the problem on no time and came up with a quick fix which I nor ChatGPT would have figured out. He was very friendly and also helped to educate me on what was happening which I appreciated after my many failed attempts at fixing this issue myself. I would definitely recommend A.J. Long Electric and I’d recommend asking for Sai.

AJ Long responded quickly to our electrical issue. They were professional, courteous, and kept us up to date regarding the arrival time of the technician. Justin did a great job quickly resolving our issue and the cost was reasonable. I will continue to use AJ Long and can confidently recommend their services.

We had Sai come out again yesterday after we had him out last week. He's a real pro. Yesterday he fixed two receptacles outside, placing grey boxes on each receptable so the GFCI would not trip when it rained or snowed. Most important though was he discovered the front light on the lower level was improperly installed, which could have caused a fire and burned down our home. He worked two hours on replacing the wiring and re-installing the light and now the light works properly and it looks great. Lesson learned is have a certified electrician replace and install your front home laterns. The price AJ Long Electric charged was very fair. We highly recommend AJ Long Electric and will consider working with them on future electrical projects. We also worked with Matt and received outstanding assistance from him as well.
