This is my second time using Everette Carpet Care. Once again we had a great experience with Jamal. They’re pricing are fair and their work was done quickly and extremely well. I highly recommend this company. I know I will definitely use them again!

I hired Everette to clean and repair some heavily damaged and soiled carpet. I really didn't have much hope that it would ever look good again, but it looks great. I was very impressed with their work and they were very patient with me as well. I had to cancel with them twice, but they worked with my busy schedule to get it done for me. I highly recommend them.

They are also a family-owned, small business. A big plus in my book.

Everette Carpet Care and Restoration did an excellent job in repairing a bleach stain on my carpet. I was concerned that you would be able to tell where the repair was done, but you can’t tell at all. Very satisfied.

I have used Everett for years now. Jamal and his family are trustworthy, do a great job and respond quickly if you have an emergency. I would never think of using anyone else. They have restored carpets for us, cleaned carpets, done flood remediation, etc.

The first time I found their service I was in desperate need to find same day upholstery cleaning. I foster several animals and one of the animals I have in my care made a huge mess all over my couch. After contacting several different steam/upholstery cleaners no one had any services same day for a reasonable price. Everyone was charging an arm and a leg for same-day services. I finally spoke with someone at Everett carpet cleaning and they assured me that they would be able to provide same-day services. They quoted me a reasonable price. I decided to get both my couches and my mattress cleaned, sanitized and odor neutralized. The owner and the young men he came with to my home were very kind and polite. They asked a couple questions to go over the services he recommended and what I needed. The whole service was done very thoroughly. After cleaning both the mattress and the couches they had me review their work to see if the cleaning was satisfactory. They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly impressed with their work. I scheduled them to come a couple weeks later to have my carpets cleaned and they lifted stains that I didn’t think would be able to be removed. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends. 10/10.

Absolutely impressed with Everette Carpet Care. It is amazing how hard it is to find decent carpet repair businesses these days and Jamal delivered and exceeded my expectations. I had called and made appointments with two (yes, 2) other companies and neither showed up prior to me contacting Everette! I called Jamal on a Monday and made my appointment for Thursday. Not only did he come on time but he was extremely efficient and even moved my furniture back to its original place. The repair he did is amazing -- I keep staring at it wondering how the heck he did it. I cannot tell that the area he fixed ever had an issue AT ALL!! I highly recommend this company (and especially Jamal) and will definitely be using them for my carpet needs in the future. Keep up the great work, Everette Team!!! You guys rock!!

Contacted Everette Carpet Care & Restoration for carpet cleaning. My family recently welcomed a dog into our home and he had an accident. I wanted to get the carpet cleaned immediately. Jamal reached out quickly after I submitted my appointment form, understood the urgency of my request, and scheduled carpet cleaning within the next few days. Jamal and team showed up for the appointment enthusiastic and ready to get to work. They truly care about the quality of their work and took their time. It shows as my carpet looks newer than ever; pup accident odor and stain has been completely removed. Will definitely be using their company again for carpet care in the future!

I needed a 9x12 wool rug cleaned and a stain treated for a beverage spill. Everette Carpet Cleaners had the most competitive estimate for the work. Between that and the stellar reviews, I decided to give them my business.
I definitely made the right choice! Jamal and his team were professional at all times. They are particularly good at communicating throughout the process. They were even able to completely remove the old stain and I am so thrilled with my fresh clean like-new area rug. I will definitely be using them for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Had Everette come in this last weekend to re-stretch carpet in a couple areas that were loose, then clean the carpet. Excellent work! Very professional. Showed up on time and were very efficient. Carpet hasn't looked this good in years!

I needed the carpet re-stretched in our master bedroom due to a large bubble that developed. The original carpet installer had raised their minimum trip charge to a ridiculous amount. I called Everette Carpet for a competitive estimate. I received a call back that evening, price was much more reasonable, and they could come out the following afternoon. Jamal did an outstanding job stretching the carpet. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, professional, and had his son-in-training with him. Jamal had me check the carpet several times as he worked to make sure I was happy with the results before moving on to the next area. I was very happy with the final results. Highly recommend Jamal w/Everette carpet!

My cat had pulled up a two small sections of my carpet and knew it would be a pain to fix myself. Jamal and Quincy were very fast and efficient with being able to fix it. I am very impressed with their work and if I ever need another carpet repair I know I will return to Everette Carpet Care!

Jamal and Quincy did a great job with carpet stretching and some other tasks that we requested them to do. They were very efficient, fast worker and respectful of the household. They coordinated and confirmed with us before and after the job and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. Jamal is also very professional and organized with his paperwork. Quincy showed hard work and dedication to another task we requested. We are extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet work.

The Everette Carpet Care team were friendly and responsive. They were fantastic for our carpet cleaning and stretching needs. We were on a deadline and able to get an in-person quote and the work done on the same day. Would definitely recommend!

They did an amazing job repairing some damage to our carpet. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs thier service.

Moving is stressful enough, so don’t use these folks- it’ll just add more stress to your plate. We set up three appointment attempts and each time they were a no show, and when I was promised that their “number 1 guy” would be there on the third attempt, the time frame came and went with no appearance. The second attempt was reported to have a medical emergency, but it shouldn’t have come from the worker experiencing the emergency to tell me after the time frame- the company should have called. There were three time frames where one of us were stuck at home waiting for no one. And I think it says a lot that after the third time, Everette did not even try to contact us. We had to switch to the more expensive plan: full carpet replacement. I cannot stress enough how untrustworthy and unprofessional this company is.

Edit: Since the company has responded with straight up lies, attached is the last correspondence I had with Jamaal indicating that I would give a third chance. Not that it matters, but for the second time window, it was 11 minutes PAST the two hour time window before I was even notified that he would not be coming. And for posteriority for them to edit out their lie, the second picture is their original response. Their response speaks to exactly why not to go with this provider.
