Jamal was professional, fast, and thorough. He and his assistant did a carpet repair/stretching and a cleaning. They gave an honest and fair free consultation and within less than a week, they were here to perform the work. They were in and out in less than three hours and the carpet has never looked better! These pictures show the state of the carpet in our hallway before and after.

Everette was on time when he said he was going to be here. They put my carpet in a bedroom and it was done in a reasonable time period. The people that did the work was very polite and curious and clean up the mess they made with the work so I recommend them for anything I need to have done with carpet. As a local realtor, I needed someone fast for my client who needed to get their home on the market. Everette was not only fast but professional and performed quality work.

My cats peed on my velvet couch and I thought it was a lost cause but these guys did an AMAZING job cleaning this couch and getting rid of the cat pee smell, and overall cleaned the couch very well. There was even a piece hanging off the bottom of the couch and they staple gunned it back into the frame of the couch. They even mopped the floor that had left over residue from the job. The couch is as good as new! Please hire these guys, they did such good work on an impossible task. You won't be disappointed!

We recently purchased our home and needed the carpets throughout deep cleaned and some carpets stretched. Jamal, Donovan and Quincy arrived on time and walked the property with me thoroughly inspecting the carpets. The quoted us a great price and were able to deliver on services immediately! Our master bedroom had two particularly tough stains to remove. Jamal tried several different techniques all of which helped but the carpet was just too far gone. To our surprise the company policy is “if they can’t clean the carpet-they’ll install them for free!” We now have beautiful new carpet in our master bedroom that blends nicely with our existing carpets! We couldn’t be happier with the services received and fully intend to continue to use Everette Carpet Care & Restoration. It was refreshing to work with such a trustworthy company. Jamal clearly cares about his customers and their satisfaction which is hard to come by these days!

We called Everette Carpet Care & Restoration and about carpet stretching for a room that had developed rolls or lumps in the carpet. They were able to come the very next day and gave us a very fair quote. After stretching the carpet and doing a beautiful job they asked about carpet steam cleaning. We asked for an estimate and when they would be able to come back to do it. Again they gave us a very fair estimate and were able to do the cleaning right away. We were extremely thrilled w/ the work they did. They were very professional & pleasant. They did a beautiful job. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anybody else. Five stars, would highly recommend.

We had Jamal and his wonderful son duo team stretch all of our carpets (multiple floors, rooms, and stairs) and clean our carpets and sectional sofa. The results are outstanding. The stretching was a huge job, and the craftsmanship shows: clean lines, precise seams, and carpets that look brand new again.

All we wanted was an easy air duct cleaning for our townhouse in Fair Oaks Mall. These guys were great, super clean, super professional and they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way.
