Christopher’s is terrific. I’ve used them for decades. In the rare event of a problem ( once in 30 years of work), they graciously fix it. You simply can’t do better than using them- they have dealt with red wine on a carpet, many doggie stains and much more.

We have been using Christopher’s since moving to Virginia two years ago to scotch guard, and spot clean our carpeting and furniture as needed.
They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and excellent communicators.

Great service. Stained, pet soiled Persian carpet came back pristine. The service personnel were careful with our furnishings as they lay the rug back in place. Highly recommended.

Christopher's always does a great job with cleaning. For our most recent experience, they cleaned all our outdoor porch furniture cushions. Upon return they looked like new! We have used Christopher's for rug cleaning and indoor furniture cleaning too. The people who pick up and deliver are very accommodating and professional. We will continue to use Christopher's.

Great work, they were quick and able to get the whole room done. Most companies only spot treat for pet stains and still charge a premium. Price seemed high but they did the whole area rather than just spot treat.

Great experience. We have an Ethan Allen chaise that has dry clean only upholstery. Ethan Allen specifically recommended Christopher’s for upholstery cleaning and I understand why. Scheduling was simple, the technicians were prompt and professional and did an amazing job within the allotted time. Our chaise looks new again! Totally worth the cost. Thank you!

Christopher’s is great. My friend uses them all the time and referred them to me. They take their time but are still efficient. They have have gotten dark stains out of my furniture and carpet that were challenging. My go to carpet/upholstery cleaning company.

Christopher’s exceeds our expectation every time. Our interior designer recommended them, and I was skeptical at first. But they not only do a fantastic job, it’s very reasonably priced. Not to mention, the person who came to my house was kind and courteous.

Gave them a very tough job. Cushions for the porch at the beach house which had Sunbrella fabric. They came back, looking like new!

Once again, Christopher’s came through and got so many stains out of our outdoor cushions and returned them. And I really love that when they return them, they put them back installed onto your furniture. A nice treat to come home to.

We have used Christopher’s for many years for all our high end carpets and upholstery, both for regular maintenance and for the urgent stains that happen; they are the best in the business; super expert, professional, and responsive!

Christopher's two-man crew showed up on time, introduced themselves to us, isolated the multi-piece sofa to be cleaned, and set to work. They did a thorough and neat job. Our sofa looks much better now.

I have been a Christopher’s customer for about 3-4 years and was very disappointed with my most recent cleaning. The team was 30 minutes late and they were not transparent about what they were charging and why. This lack of transparency was especially frustrating because the basis for the charge appears to have been the result of a policy change which I was told when I called Christopher’s office should have been explained to me by the team lead when he arrived-it was not. I don’t mind paying for good service, and I in fact paid the full charge but I do expect to be apprised of what I’m paying for.

Christopher’s team did not provide pricing for the upholstery protection before performing it, but that isn’t even the basis of my complaint here. I would also note that I received repeated requests to provide a review of the service I received. Christopher’s requested I provide a review and I did so, and if it isn’t to their liking, that’s not my problem.

They did a fantastic job! They took the time to explain their cleaning process clearly and arrived right on time. We had a linen chair that we thought was beyond saving, but they brought it back to life beautifully. Excellent service, professional team, and great results — highly recommend!

We did a big renovation in 2022, which included installing carpet or rugs in 6 rooms. Plus upholstered furniture. Add to that a puppy. We have signed up for their mid-line annual service contract for fabric protection since then. This contract gives a discount on clean- up visits to deal with doggie accidents (plus a bottle of red wine that was knocked over onto one of those new rugs). We were scheduled quickly, I think generally the next day. Christopher’s technicians have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. . So far everything we have called them for has been completely cleaned up, both hygienically and cosmetically . It has been a huge relief to have the textile services that Christopher’s provides. .

Christopher’s is not inexpensive, but it is very worth it if one wants to preserve and protect one’s significant investment in home or office textiles.
