I tried to book window cleaning with this business by filling out their online form twice over 3 weeks and never received a call back

They called the day before, came on time, were courteous and professional and did a great job.

Had Fish Window cleaning to our Home on Friday, November 18, 2022. I had been given a window of time earlier in the week. Was pleased to get a text that Becca was 20 minutes out, well within the time estimate. Very reasonable prices. Great results on our old windows. Becca was thorough, efficient, professional and very polite. Look forward to having them Let the Sun Shine In every year.

I ended up with 90% clean windows but not until after I spent the morning project managing the whole operation. The contract I agreed to stated that they would clean the windows, screens and sills. I even called to confirm that they were going to clean the entire sill. After having to follow up on every single window to make sure that the sills were clean, I spoke with the manager who told me that my contract only guaranteed that the windows and sills get “80% or so” clean. If I wanted them 100% clean, I would have to pay extra for a deep clean. What? Clean is clean. There is no 80%. I ended up with mostly clean windows but would not hire them again.

Fast, excellent work inside and out at a fair price and remarkably the first we've tried that are able to get at skylights on the roof above three floors. Always walks through with you after the job is complete and touches up any areas of concern. This is our 4th year using Fish.

I did not use this business but the place I did a window decoration for did. Personally I'm peeved but I would 100% recommend them any day of the week based off the cleanliness of the windows and the treatment they did to make them water resistant (which makes them water-based paint resistant!) Excellent work!
