Ricardo was such a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful and thorough with the booking process. Arrived early and worked efficiently to clean my 2 bed , living room, stairs, and loft apartment, for a great price! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. And will book again for routine cleanings and possibly upholstery cleaning too. The carpets never looked better. Thanks again Ricardo!!

We had Ricardo in to do our living room and stairway carpets today and they look incredible! He was prompt, friendly, and the carpets look way better than I expected they could (they had some major stains from our toddler). Highly recommend!

Ricardo and his colleague arrived on time, explained everything, worked hard, and did a great job. They even added in two additional area rugs that were not originally in the scope of work. Very pleased with their service and will certainly use them again.

Tom did a wonderful job for our home in Vienna, VA! He was so polite, on time and thorough! The carpet looks significantly cleaner and shinier! He uses green eco friendly materials which makes us even happier! The drying process is so seamless as it takes way less time. I highly recommend Tom and his team! I had my carpet cleaned by Astrobrite, and so far I'm very happy with them and the work they did. I've got a single-family detached home in Reston. I don't know when the carpets were last cleaned; it's been at least 10 years. After 10 years, the carpet is still good but shows its age. I had groups of stains that came out, but the area remained discolored. So I just had a downstairs painted, and I didn't want to leave the carpet as it was, so I went ahead and contacted Astrobrite. Tom, the technician, came out on a Saturday, which was what I wanted, and took 2.5 hours to clean the carpet.

I am very impressed with what he did and, therefore, very impressed with Astrobrite. Next time I need to get my carpet cleaned, it will be with Astrobrite.

I called these guys to come clean my carpet a while ago after my kid spilled soda on it. They promised me they’d completely remove the stain but it wasn’t true. I had to seek other carpet cleaning services elsewhere. I was so disappointed.

I can not speak highly enough about this service. The professional I worked with gave me regular updates and confirmation emails. No surprises and a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Bait and switch! We negotiated a $200 fee via phone for my sofa and a chair. After he "forgot" to come yesterday, I agreed he would come today, and he did. Told me the service would cost $315. (something about the size of the sofa). I sent him on his way! Terrible!!!! Don't bother.

Had my carpets "cleaned" by Astrobrite. The residue left on all my carpets is horrible. I am having to have them done over again. After the cleaning, when I was vacuuming the carpets, I noticed a chair in my bedroom was moved to the opposite side of the room from where it originally was. This was because the chair was covering a huge stain that wasn't there before. From inspecting it, it looked like it came from the wooden leg on the chair. The tech had to see this and covered it up, hoping I wouldn't see it. I had them "clean" my sectional sofa. One of my dog's toy bones was still under the one of the unremovable cushions. This was the worst "cleaning" I have ever had. They say they have a "money-back guarantee if you are not thrilled w/their service, but they refuse to honor that. Don't waste your money.
