So thankful for Fish Windows Cleaning! They show up faithfully each month, clean the outside AND the inside of our large business windows. They are always professional and do a fantastic job!

Truly great service. I bought an antique French Country couch on FB marketplace and was nearly sure it was doomed from years of built-up dirt and animal use. However, after using this service, my sofa looks as beautiful as it can in its 40+ year state and the animal smell has nearly disappeared. Huge THANK YOU!

The first time I hired them was 2 years ago. I have always been satisfied by their service, but never hire them beyond my occasional needs. I just can’t afford permanent maids, and only use them when the cleaning is too much for me.

Elite Cleaning has been my go-to for over five years. They are conscientious, reliable, and do fantastic work! We have had them both for regular cleanings and move-out, move-in cleanings. They are great to work with.

There was a tremendous amount of miscommunication when we attempted to set up a cleaning of the carpets in our house. When the service came and couldn’t clean our carpets (due to said miscommunications), we simply asked them to leave and called another service; the following service we called had our carpets cleaned the next day. We also left a poor review to reflect the poor experience.

The manager called us (multiple times in a row) after we had already decided to go with another service, not to apologize for the miscommunication or attempt to keep our business, but rather to tell us that we were solely at fault for the miscommunication; he seemed focused of getting us to take down our review. We ended the call after we made it clear that we were no longer doing business with this service. We finally ended up blocking him when he sent us a text message, still insisting that we remove the review. This situation was handled completely unprofessionally, with little regard for customer service. 1/5

Elite cleaning service has been my go to for over three years. They are always on time, very professional, and they provide excellent cleaning service. When they are done my house is sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

I made contact with Elite Cleaning Services on April 12, 2022 to schedule a move out cleaning date on May 23, 2022. I made sure to tell them I lived on a military installation and they needed a Real ID drivers license. They talked to me about how they have done it in the past and it wasn’t a big deal. Fast forward to Friday May 20, 2022. I call them to verify the appointment and they pick up on the first ring. They verify the appointment and I again let the individual on the phone about the Real ID requirement because she is a different person than before. She said she would make sure and give me a call back if they couldn’t get on the installation. I’m worried at this point, but she never calls back so I think everything is good. Now comes Monday, 23, 2022 and at 0839 no one is there. I call, no answer, leave voicemail. I call again at 9:16 and 9:39. No answer. I’m calling the 800 line, the D.C. line, the Alexandria line, using the contact form on their website and nothing. No one else is available on such short notice. This happens to be the biggest day for myself in the past 6 months with what I was doing in the military and this no-show, no contact couldn’t have come at a worse time. My wife was calling constantly as well and finally got a hold of them. They said they called to cancel on Friday because none of their cleaners had a Real ID drivers license. That’s a lie. They never called. I thought maybe I missed it, but I checked my phone records from my provider, they never called. I called back and left a voice mail to speak to the CEO, Matt Ibis and guess what, never received a call. I used the in-mail function with LinkedIn to contact Mr. Ibis and no response. This was a horrid experience and my best advice, stay away, far far away.

The first thing that impressed me about Elite cleaning, is that when I called them today, they were at my house within 20 minutes for a tour and back with a cleaning team within two hours.

The cleaning team was very professional and efficient. After they finished cleaning, they asked me to take a look at the house and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. When I asked them to do something additional, they did, with no problems or concerns. I have now decided to set up a monthly service.

We needed cleaning services in a hurry for aging parents living in a large home. We researched the popular cleaning services in the Fairfax area and after calling and interviewing each company, we decided on Elite Cleaning Services. They are very competitively priced, bring their own equipment and supplies (they offer “green” products for same as regular) and we’re able to come out the very next day. The ladies that cleaned were really nice, communicated well and were open to direction; which made it easy to get the house cleaned the way we wanted it. During the cleaning, Matt Ibis from the office made a personal visit to see if things were going smoothly and to evaluate the house for future cleanings. We thought this was a nice touch. After the work was complete, Matt was flexible on scheduling and offered us a very fair price for reoccurring visits. We feel comfortable that out parents will be taken care of since we do not live in the area. So based on today’s experience, I would recommend Elite without reservation.
