We have used Hambleton for over 11 years and are 100% satisfied with the professional service they deliver, always on time and expertly done. They are also very responsive to customer needs and concerns. I have only the highest praise for this extremely well-run company and can recommend them highly! Actually, I would give them a 6-star rating!

We have been using Hambleton Lawn & Landscape for awhile. Today Jordin and Manuel came and did a clean up. There is nothing like coming home to a beautiful yard and landscape.

Used Hambleton for the last 5 years. They did "satisfactory" work, but this year, for some reason, their work has been awful. Hired them for a spring clean up, which was disappointing as well. The request/quote was also to include a backyard area clean up...backyard was not touched, and winter leaves were not blown away, as promised. The only thing done in the backyard was some mulching around the tree; that's it. Additionally, the crew left in the middle of the job. Only to return to doing a sub-par job. Won't hire them again. Account has been closed/canceled. Cannot recommend.

Service was great. They arrived promptly and were done in a few hours. All lights working well.

Jose did a great job cutting my grass, trimming and cleaning up trimmings. Thell law looks great!

I’ve been using Hambleton’s for years. They are trust worthy and reliable. Once a worker accidentally broke part of our HVAC outside… they immediately knocked on our door and told us. The firm paid for all the repairs with absolutely no hassle. Great experience. Today, Cristhian and Junior worked all day and now our yard looks superb for the Spring! Great job!

I hired Hambleton to clear invasive plants, particularly porcelain berry and other vines, from our front yard. We have been working toward a mostly native plants garden, but as I have aged the invasives have gotten out of hand and the desirable plants were getting overwhelmed. So, a mess.
Hambleton’s estimator was pleasant and arrived a few days after I requested a quote online. The only glitch was that I did not get a notification of when he would come. The quote came promptly by email. It included weed suppressant and fertilizer. When I asked, Hambleton let me know which chemicals would be used and then agreed not to use them at all.
Hambleton was cooperative about setting the service date to allow me to be there, although rainy days caused a day’s delay. Hambleton was very good in keeping me posted about the delay and new service date.
Manuel and Julio arrived as scheduled and discussed the work needed with me before beginning. Later in the day it became clear that there was a misunderstanding about the scope of the work. After Manuel, and then I, called Hambleton’s office, I was sent an additional quote. Although the additional quote was quite high considering the original quote, the total was reasonable given the amount of overgrowth and additional mulch needed.
Manuel and Julio were fairly careful to spare the desirable plants they recognized, and they recognized most, if not all, of them. (I will point out more of the natives to keep in upcoming visits.) They were efficient and easy to work with, and I will request them again.
Overall, Hambleton was professional and provided very good service, especially in light of my particular needs and difficult yard. I recommend them.

The Hambleton crew did a great job at my property. I hired them for the “Spring cleanup and mulching. My yard was very overgrown and they cleared and removed all the debris. This included trimming dead branches on a small dogwood and neatening up the bushes. They edged all the beds (digging a sloped edge) before mulching. I’ve had mulching done before but this was a far superior job. The crew started at a reasonable hour and put in a full day’s labor (obviously had lunch). This was a full two days job and worth the price. I definitely recommend Hambleton!

Francisco & Jose are true pros and conquered the leaf collection task expertly despite the wind that bothered all of us this week.

Accurate, complete and timely work performed at market rate is my initial opinion of Hambleton Lawn & Landscape. I am a full service real estate broker having a property management component. I engaged HL&L to take over lawn care at a property I represent in Falls Church starting last Friday after a full month of neglect having lost my previous contractor. Andrew far exceeded my expectations turning around the lawn and plant beds on Friday and Monday in time for the tenant’s planned party for his work mates from his embassy on Tuesday. Outstanding customer service here at the very start from the HL&L team. I appreciate their easy to read and understand menu of services and pricing online, e-signing for paperwork, quality of their work and direct online auto pay for invoices.

Edin was here and with minimal disruption treated the lawn front side and rear, and my lawn looks really good, if you want a company that does good work and there when you want them I would recommend them to anyone that needs yard work done

Consistent, great service. Last time I requested a quick sweep of the weed eater in an area not usually needed (inside the front of the landscaped area) and it was done quickly without complaint. This is one of the reasons I am a loyal Hambleton Lawn & Landscape customer. Kudos Carlos!!!

After trying many different companies, I have used Hambleton for spring cleanup for the past two years and I won't use anyone else. Not only are their prices reasonable and competitive, they are reliable, responsive, friendly, and above all else do a fantastic job. If you're tired of doing it yourself or are less than thrilled with your current provider, I highly recommend you give Hambleton a try.

The company is very easy to work with from requesting an estimate to scheduling to payment. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and the crew is very respectful and hard working. Price was more than other companies but the quality workmanship provided justification.
