R&R Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpets in my living room, dining room, staircase and two of my upstairs bedrooms. I had little expectation that they would be able to get the stains out, especially in the living room which is a high traffic zone. But they far exceeded my expectations. My rooms look amazing. They were extremely professional, timely and courteous. I will not only use them again, I will recommend their services to all of my friends and family! I cannot say enough good things about them!

Ricardo was very professional and provided us with good tips for good maintenance not only on the rugs he cleaned, which were a huge difference between how dirty and stain they were, but also our tiles and wood flooring.

I offered to schedule my next appointment three months from now, but he suggested cleaning every six months would be enough: scrupulously honest. Highly recommended.

R&R were great. I booked them through Thumbtack and they responded to every question I had right away. Called when they arrived for our move-out carpet cleaning, and let us know when we were done. Convenient online payment, and the best price out of the many places I checked. And of course, they did a great job cleaning.

Found R&R online and decided to go with them after reading various reviews and very glad I did. I scheduled using the online booking form and was able to get a next day appointment. Ricardo called about an hour before the appointment asking if they could come early. That was a shock since companies tend to run late. They are never early. Ricardo and his co-worker (Debra or Debbie) I believe, showed up, inspected the furniture to be cleaned and got right to work. Furniture looks brand new! If you're looking to get things things cleaned right the first time, at a great price and by a local small business than give R&R a call or book them online.

This was a great service. Ricardo was on time (and no 4 hour window, he said 11 and was there at 11), friendly, and provided a lot of great information. He and his assistant did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again in the future

I was really impressed with the professionalism and exceptional communication of this company. I made initial contact for a quote outside of business hours, not expecting to hear back until the next day. They responded right away and were able to provide services two days later. They communicated the day of service, arrived in time, were honest about what stains on my well-worn furniture could be removed and what might remain, and worked unobtrusively. Our furniture looks great, better than expected, and has no chemical smell from the cleaning. Not only was I happy with the service, but the people who performed it were just very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve already recommended to friends.

Ricardo did fantastic job for our open house carpet cleaning. Capet looks new and very fluffy.
