I can not speak highly enough about this service. The professional I worked with gave me regular updates and confirmation emails. No surprises and a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Bait and switch! We negotiated a $200 fee via phone for my sofa and a chair. After he "forgot" to come yesterday, I agreed he would come today, and he did. Told me the service would cost $315. (something about the size of the sofa). I sent him on his way! Terrible!!!! Don't bother.

Had my carpets "cleaned" by Astrobrite. The residue left on all my carpets is horrible. I am having to have them done over again. After the cleaning, when I was vacuuming the carpets, I noticed a chair in my bedroom was moved to the opposite side of the room from where it originally was. This was because the chair was covering a huge stain that wasn't there before. From inspecting it, it looked like it came from the wooden leg on the chair. The tech had to see this and covered it up, hoping I wouldn't see it. I had them "clean" my sectional sofa. One of my dog's toy bones was still under the one of the unremovable cushions. This was the worst "cleaning" I have ever had. They say they have a "money-back guarantee if you are not thrilled w/their service, but they refuse to honor that. Don't waste your money.

When you pay over $400 for carpet cleaning you expect it to be done right. The carpets were dirty even after Astrobrite came in and supposedly "cleaned" them. When confronted with a video of the dirty water after another company had cleaned them again (another $600 dollars) despite having already paid Astrobrite for their services, Astrobrite's response was "you can always get more dirt out of carpets". Apparently their basic service means they just wet the carpets for you and don't guarantee they will actually be cleaned. Hugely disappointed in such disregard for their customers and quality of service performed. Don't bother getting your carpets cleaned by this company, my three year old could do a better job with a towel and a bar of soap. Save yourself the time and money by picking a service with more dependable results and better customer service

Great job! I am so happy with how clean my carpet looks. The carpet had many stains from my teenage son (& friends). He and I tried to remove the stains with a household rug cleaner. The stains were better but by no means "clean". My only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner. My area rugs weren't visibly dirty but just having them cleaned makes me feel better. This was the third time I have used this company and they have earned my loyalty.

Jesse did a great job! He was on time and they have great customer service. I had let the carpet go after my dogs had stained it up a couple years ago. I just couldn't keep up with spot cleaning so I called Astrobrite and they came out and took care of the stains and the smell. I have a new used carpet now lol!

My experience with Astrobrite Carpet Cleaning is mixed. The pickup was fine. However, the delivery of my area rugs was not so good. First, delivery was an hour late. Second, he didn't know which rugs were mine, as they were not tagged with customers identification, etc. Third, he couldn't pull up the invoice to tell me how much the cleaning cost. Said his cellphone died and asked me, the customer if I had a 'calculator?' Then he realized he actually did have power on his phone, but he couldn't see the phone screen? Very unprofessional. Previously, I used Bergman's for 25 years but their mgmt. has changed and so I gave Astrobrite a try. I just hope when I roll out my area rugs, that they are clean.

When my original carpet cleaners cancelled on me without even a phone call, these guys saved me as I needed to get carpet cleaning done before a flea/tick treatment (as required by my lease at move-out). I called at 2pm, they found an opening at 4pm and ended up calling back to come out at 3pm instead. They were very professional and gave me a quote over the phone and then a final number based on actual floor measurements. I was able to pay at the beginning and leave and they did a great job!
Extremely happy with this company and will be using them again if I need carpet cleaning!

Astrobrite is an amazing carpet cleaning service. This is not your ordinary carpet cleaning business, it is family owned, and their customer service is way above the bar! We lost our sweet dog this year, and he was very sick before we put him down. He was throwing up so much especially when we weren't home. He stained our carpet all over the house, and I did a google search for deep carpet cleaning, and they said that they specialize in getting out tough stains. We literally couldn't believe it because the stains had set for a few months, and they got the stains out as they said they would. Weeks later we found more spots, and the owner came over on a weekend to get rid of the ones we found, and didn't charge us anymore. They are wonderful, nice and very reliable and stand by their work! Don't hesitate to use them! I am so thrilled to have found them and they saved our carpet! Thanks Astrobrite!

They did a great job! They came and picked up our large area rug and returned it when it was finished. It looks great! We had discovered our 2 small dogs had been having accidents on the rug as it had started to smell bad. No more smell and it looks fabulous! Highly recommend!

Tom arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very happy with the cleaning results of the large rug and sofa.

After having the carpet in a very small area (about the size of 2 bedrooms) cleaned several times and the stains reappearing, Tom at Astrobrite did a great job at keeping them away! After two weeks, no stains have reappeared! I think its finally clean!
