We can't recommend Breeze Master enough. We were looking to replace our aging (27 years old) system (furnace, condenser, and evaporator), and the quote they provided beat all other estimates in value per dollar. They were very informative and didn't try to up-sell us on features outside of what we were asking for. They did a great job performing a clean install and we feel confident having them as our HVAC partner for the lifetime of our new system.

Crew was punctual, excellent communicators and did great work. They replaced our existing flex ducts and added dampers to each air outlet to give us the ability to better prioritize air flow in specific portions of our house. Their pricing also fell well below any competitors in the area. Super amazing folks to work with, and just genuinely great people. Highly recommend!

My heat went out all of sudden and I ended up just finding breeze master online. I text them and they were extremely responsive and scheduled an appointment with me within an hour. They were extremely professional, found the problems and walked me through everything. They ended up needing to pick up some parts but they came back quick and fixed the heating issues. I would highly recommend breeze master for anyone for HVAC issues, they are the real deal. I honestly felt like a valued customer

The gentleman at Breeze Masters provided excellent service and broke everything down so I could understand exactly what was going on with furnace. Breeze Master was exceptional in terms of speed, reliability, and customer service! I called Raymart yesterday afternoon while on travel to Texas. This morning, the heater is installed! Ray sent me pics of before and after, plus a photo of the water temp at the sink. Very reassuring knowing that everything was taken care of while I was away. Plus, without asking, they dried the floor as best they could!

Absolutely earned my loyalty from my first appointment. I was recommended to them via my neighborhood group (4/5 of all recommendations were for Breeze Master so it seemed the obvious choice to me). Ray was able to come well before my schedule window. He was very cool about me following him around and asking questions, as well as educating me about my system and the preventative measures I should use. I never felt like I was underfoot in my own home. Which is huge to me because I do want to learn what to look out for and how to better care for it. Never made me feel like I should know better or talked down to me (sadly, common for me as a woman). Prices are competitive and service was great. I have no criticism or constructive feed back to give, because Ray absolutely nailed it!

I called Breezemaster to service two heat pumps; scheduling was fast and convenient. When Kuldeep arrived, I spoke with him about some concerns I had with my system. He thoroughly inspected everything and provided his recommendations for making the system more efficient. This included adding additional returns upstairs, as the previous contractor did not install the unit appropriately, and installing a soft start kit. Breezemaster’s quote was fair and honest, and Ray and Kuldeep arrived on schedule the following week and completed everything in one day. Their work has significantly improved the performance of my HVAC and I’m extremely satisfied with it. I highly recommend Breezemaster.

I highly recommend the Breeze Master team - Ray and Kuldeep. I found them online when searching for local HVAC companies with a good reputation and fair pricing, after my heating system went out suddenly in the beginning of January. They lived up to that reputation and had everything back up and running within one day after identifying and repairing a leak and thoroughly testing the system afterward to confirm there were not any other leaks.

Compared to other HVAC companies in the Fairfax area that I interacted with regarding this issue, the Breeze Master team were more communicative, transparent, responsive, and better priced. If you’re looking for a reliable company to help with something as urgent as your HVAC system, these are the guys to call.
