We had an excellent experience with our new water heater installation and the removal of our leaking old unit. The entire team was extremely professional, efficient, and helpful from start to finish. David was especially wonderful—so nice, knowledgeable, and truly amazing to work with. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We are beyond satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ray showed up on time, was professional and polite and worked quickly and neatly. He took the time to show me what was wrong with our AC, explained how he would repair it and even pointed out things to keep an eye on and gave advice on how to best keep our unit running smoothly.

I was recommended by one of my family friend to get HVAC maintenance by Breeze Master. They were on time, had their shoes cover on before they walked in to the house and most importantly, they were very honest! Kuldeep made some recommendations which more like how often to change air filter and keep outdoor condenser clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with their HVAC services and will call them back in future for fall maintenance. 100% Recommended!

Working with Breeze Master was exactly that... a breeze. They provided incredible professionalism to get my water heater resolved. It first started off with just a thermocouple repair. Once that was replaced, Breeze Master provided great attention to detail to notice the issue was not fixed. They found it was the valve that needed replacement. What did they do? Instantly looked to see who had the piece, picked it up and replaced it in the same day. The result? An extremely satisfied customer getting his water heater fixed and the ability to take hot showers and enjoy the three day weekend. The first company said our compressor was dead and needed to be replaced, Breeze Master looked at our unit and pretty much instantly found the issue and identified that the compress was fine.
