When I did a search for HVAC services last winter, I saw a few options, but decided to give this company a try because they are right down the road from me.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the person who I spoke with on the phone was kind and responsive!

They were able to respond to the problem within a day or two and the two gentlemen who worked on the heating system were very competent and friendly as well.

It turned out that we needed to get a couple parts replaced and they gave us a couple options to pick from. We made our decision on the parts and they were able to obtain the parts the next day and they even came back to install them that day.

Overall, it was a great service experience and I highly recommend HVAC Experts for your HVAC repair/maintenance needs.

I had HVAC Experts service the heating unit in my residence twice over the last two years, and on both occasions the same technician David B. performed the maintenance. I was thoroughly impressed by his responsiveness, skill, and professionalism. Both instances clearly demonstrated his competence and efficiency, but what truly set his service apart from others was his kindness and genuine care for the customer. He showed a sincere interesting in our well-being and promptly repaired our furnace even at a late hour to restore heat to our house, the importance of which was greatly amplified by the subfreezing temperatures with a newborn baby at home. He has my sincerest thanks, and I would highly recommend his services to others seeking HVAC repairs.

I enthusiastically recommend HVAC Experts. They do not play pricing games, listened to my requirements, responded honestly to my questions, and delivered what they promised.

When I decided that my existing heat-pump and air-handler was simply too old and balky to keep, I followed good practice and contacted three vendors: two larger firms with a lot of advertising, and HVAC Experts. David was able to quickly come to my house and discussed the options with my wife and me in a clear and logical way. As I requested, he provided several estimates for me based on various combinations of heat-pumps and air-handlers. The firm estimates were consistent with my expectations, and didn’t include any of the high mark-ups that I have seen elsewhere. When I had a few questions, he quickly answered them. He and another technician arrived on time, were polite, neat, and profoundly professional.

And I am very pleased with the system that they installed.

The HVAC Experts are the best. They evaluated my AC Unit around 7pm and got me setup for an install just a few days later. They confirmed my compressor was out and provided options and price comparison for the path forward. I will call them again for sure for my next heating/AC issue.

I've never had a more pleasant experience dealing with contractors than I have with HVAC Experts. Their professionalism and thoroughness is the best I've ever seen. I'm so happy I selected them to replace my HVAC unit.

I did extensive research and obtained estimates from some of the other, highly-reviewed companies in the area and selected HVAC Experts because they were honest, thorough and had very competitive pricing.

The County decided to be nit-picky and HVAC Experts was diligent in following up to ensure everything was taking care of, in a timely manner.

I can't say enough of how wonderful David is and how pleasant Jasmine was to work with. (I wish I could contract them for my next home improvement project: kitchen remodeling, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed I find amazing contractors like them).

They get an A+ from me and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience with David all around. He was able to clearly explain everything to me about cause and why the issues were happening with my heat pump and thermostat and the wiring. Got Everything taken care of quickly. Would absolutely use them again for any issue and certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and skilled expert.

David is very responsive and truly an expert in the field. He also is very patient in explaining any issues, especially since I’m the type of person who likes to understand as much as possible. This is my second Carrier AC installation done through this company HVAC Experts. The support provided by David is exceptional. Right from the order till the installation, everything done in a professional way. The first installation was done about 5 years back at my old house and he did the second one on 5/30/24 at my current house in Ashburn. Good job.

Their expertise, support, and customer interactions are exemplary, it should be the way all companies do business.

We have had the pleasure to do business with HVAC Experts for over 6 years. There are not too many companies I would use that word with. Mostly I have dealt with David and he has always offered excellent and professional advice and service. I just renewed our contract for another 3 years and my wife has started one for her rental house in Fairfax. I can give them a 5-star rating without hesitation.

Change 6 years to 9 and it is the same.

Reliable, honest, and decent price, contacted them and explained my hvac system issue, told them that I have a new born at home, they showed up less than two hrs, they fixed it, I ran into some other issues (wire and thermostat), David helped me trouble shoot it via phone over the weekend. Ran into additional issue several days later (overflow switch gone bad), he showed up the next day, fixed it, he made sure my system is working well before he sent me the invoice. Highly recommend!

Wow! David exemplifies fairness and integrity, doing the right thing simply because it’s the right thing to do. Another company wanted over $1,000, overcharging on everything, lying about part prices, and refusing to provide a receipt when asked. They offered countless excuses.

Enter David. We had been without AC for two days in the heat. David educated me over the phone about various tricks some contractors use to exploit consumers who don’t know how to fix AC units. These consumers place their trust in the contractors' knowledge and experience, only to be taken advantage of. Using fear and misinformation, the other company tried to make a significant profit.

David came in, educated me, and genuinely cared about ensuring I was treated right. He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost the other company demanded. Very trustworthy and straightforward. I believe in karma and Google reviews, so I will ensure both companies receive the recognition they deserve in my reviews.

Wow!! David of HVAC Experts did a fantastic job. This wasn’t an emergency call. However within a few days of noticing a very slow leak in forty one year old pipes, we had a reasonable estimate, an excellent two hour repair and like new pipes. It also included a recommendation to contact and have Fairfax County replace our old water meter for free, which they will be doing in a few days. What a great company to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with David, I called him on a Sunday morning for an emergency repair on my rental property for my HVAC unit because the temperature outside was going to reach near 100° that day and he was there that evening fixing it. He was very professional, accommodating and explained every detail of what the problem was and fixed it. I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for an honest company.
