This company has been fantastic in every aspect of its business. From the tremendous support desk to the technicians who did the installation and work, they are all extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. David, the owner, really has a great company here and I hope folks support him as an alternative to the Franchising model that is consuming the industry and removing its human touch. These folks are the best; I highly recommend them.

The receptionist was friendly, and the technician was kind and performed the work as I requested. It's difficult to compare prices to determine if they were expensive or cheap, but considering the recent increase in the cost of living, the price wasn't unreasonable.

Comfort Defender is now my go to HVAC company. It is a well run family business. I was impressed with Safad who operates the office. My call got disconnected on my end but before I could call back she was calling me. I explained my problem with the a/c unit and her response was someone would be out today. David showed up to repair my unit and fixed it in no time. David asked about my filters. I explained to him I changed the one unit every three months and the other every six months. David asked if the filter was the 4 inch filter? I told him it was and he taught me something new. The 4" filter is one you can change yearly and told me when to change it to optimize the best results. David saved me time and money by his information. I strongly suggest using Comfort Defender and the pricing was excellent.

I can't recommend David and his team enough--they quite literally saved our lives! In the middle of January I was visiting my family in Fairfax, I noticed a gas smell coming from the utility closet, where the heater was, and the heat was blowing cold air. I searched for a company to call and found David. He answered right away and was at my place the very next morning.

I had to be at an appointment the next day, so I left the door unlocked, and David and his team arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day. They completely replaced my family's entire heating system--it was an old 25-year-old unit--fixed the gas leak, and made sure everything was running perfectly. Thanks to their quick response and expert work, I was able to stay warm during the recent snowstorm.

Their pricing was also incredibly fair. I called around for quotes, and David's was one of the most reasonable I received. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled HVAC team, look no further. They saved me from both the freezing cold and from overpaying. Highly recommend!

We used them to replace our entire indoor/outdoor AC system earlier this year. Their prices were incredibly competitive with others and the new unit has been great - very pleased. They are responsive, professional, and do not upsell. Our old water heater broke down and they were here the same night to inspect and give recommendations. Here the next morning to replace the unit and again at a much lower price than all competitors. We will confidently use them for all their services even after we move.

Comfort Defenders LLC is an excellent HVAC contractor. Their quality of work is exceptional. Technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced. Prices are competitive. I had my HVAC system completely replaced in a day and it works so much better than I ever imagined. The job was very clean, wires tidy, and they’d left the place cleaner than before. David was superb in assisting us to select the right system for our home, providing us user training after installation was complete, and answering all our questions. Sadaf was extremely responsive and helpful in guiding us throughout the process. She was there late at night (9:30pm) in advising our concerns and early in the morning (5:00am) in supporting our last minute requirement change. She was there when I had questions during installation. She also completed our product registrations that activated our warranties. Excellent Service.
They came on time. Placed a runner-mat to protect the carpets. Then worked all day - replaced HVAC, Humidifier and Hot Water Tank. Excellent workmanship. The owner, Mr. Daoud also came-on the job. Supervised and worked on the system. Patiently explained what he was doing and answered my questions.
The lady in the office, Ms. Sadaf, also worked with my schedule to ensure I received the best service and products.
Definitely recommend them.

I cannot imagine using any other service. I had two back to back vacations and was only home for 16 hours over a hot June weekend. My ac went out and Comfort Defenders fit me into their schedule in only a few hours notice and got my system up and running. More important, they were honest and made a repair when I know other companies would have tried to sell me a whole new heat pump outdoor unit. My HVAC unit stop working while it was 96°F yesterday night. I called this company around 12:30AM and scheduled to replace it this morning at 7:00AM. David came to my house on time to replace the unit. It’s working properly right now. I am extremely happy. I had the best experience with Comfort Defender.
Other companies said they couldn’t help us a couple of days.

I recently called Comfort Defender for the first time for a furnace issue. They excellent with the work, timely, reasonably priced, and amicable. I will use them from now on.
