In 2023, my elderly tenant was pleased and told me the Bluestar technician was friendly and answered all his questions. A special thank you to the Bluestar technician
Isaac. In 2024, I have also had BlueStar install a new furnace unit at a different rental unit. Again the technicians were courteous to the tenant, left a clean working space and walked me through the new functions of the new unit. The company's prices are fair and reasonable and the quality of their work excellent. I am a very happy new Bluestar customer.

Bluestar is A++! They were helpful, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company! They fixed our disaster with our AC and made the process very smooth.

Issac was the person who came to diagnose the issue with our AC. He was very professional and explained clearly the problem and offer possible solutions. He tried adding refrigerant, but it was clear that the pressure was not improving. He explained what needs to happen in a clear and detained way.

My AC unit was leaking and I needed someone to come right away. I found BlueStar Air via Yelp and contacted them and they came the next day to do a diagnostic. I had such a great experience with them and my technician, Isaac! I recently contacted them again for my heating unit. They are very easy to work with and really care for their customers. Highly recommend!

Bluestar is a great company! They were very responsive and made sure we had a portable ac unit to keep my Mom who is 102 years old comfortable.

Blue Star has consistently provided good service, which has been invaluable to me as a first time homeowner. I trust their recommendations, appreciate their Saturday appointments, and love that they have short service windows, tend to come at the top of the window, and are always timely and communicative.

Bluestar continues to impress - they were super responsive when I realized my AC stopped working over the weekend. With high temps this week, I was worried it might take them some time but they scheduled me quickly and came right at the top of the service window. It turned out to be an easy fix and they didn’t even charge me! Highly recommend!

The price I was quoted by Issac was very fair and included all of the proper products, accessories, and installation needed to fully replace my HVAC system. They coordinated a crane rental for a complicated roof installation in my condo. Everything went smoothly on installation day as promised with no unexpected additional charges. Great company. They have replaced a 2 zone system in my townhouse and I am currently using them for HVAC maintenance as well.

On a very, very hot day (100 degrees), the technician arrived as promised (within 24 hours of my call). He first checked my bedroom thermostat (working ok) and then the air handler (also ok). He then checked the outdoor compressor unit and discovered (and repaired) a faulty electrical connection. No parts needed replacement. Very happy with service and gladly paid the reasonable charge.

So happy to have stumbled across Bluestar during our emergency HVAC need. Even in the throes of a heatwave, Bluestar took care of us quickly and with constant communication throughout. Already have recommended them to others.

My AC suddenly stopped working yesterday. I checked the AC compressor unit outside my condo and noticed it wasn't turning on when I switched on the AC. I called BlueStar and they were able to squeeze me in within a few hours. Isaac was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got my AC running. He was very professional and explained the issue. I've been BlueStar customer for several years and will continue to be one for their great service.
