Always get great service and care from Bluestar. When our A C wasn’t working today they moved around their service schedule to fit us right. Isaac our tech explained our all of our options, provided recommendations and looked for ways to save us money and flex as needed.

Isaac P was on time, did a great job, he did a thorough check of the system. Identified an issue and corrected it the same day with a cost-effective solution. Very happy. I am hopeful this will improve our air quality.

Bluestar serviced our air conditioning unit. We were not getting enough cool air to the top floor of our townhouse. Bluestar added a damper control to help boost the air flow, added refrigerant, and cleaned the outside unit. Bluestar came when promised, the service was professional and effective, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Bluestar.

Excellent service. It just took one day for Danny to schedule a service call. Issac, the technician, was professional and did not try to sell me a whole unit. His solution was great for the issue. The team from BlueStar was great, and after sourcing multiple quotes, they were the best deal. They were very professional and courteous. I live in a condo on the third floor (without an elevator), and they hauled my new HVAC system up three flights of stairs, installed my new system with a new thermostat, and removed the old system. They were very careful to put a tarp down to not damage the floors during this process.

I contracted Bluestar Air Mechanical company for air ducts cleaning because they are a HVAC company, and so they would know what it takes for a system to run efficiently, that is cleaned and well-maintained.
That is what they did, a throughout duct cleaning of the system, and at the end they offer some recommendations.
I'm definitely recommending this company, its technicians are skillful and professionals, and Ms. Lyn at customer service is very attentive and professional.

Awesome HVAC contractor! John B was very helpful and answered all of my painstakingly long questions over the phone, and gave us a great quote as we discussed various other things we needed fixed. The work was done professionally and on time (even ahead of time), they are diligent workers, honest, and will tell you what you need and don't need. We had duct work repaired, dampers installed, new AC, furnace/blower, water heater, expansion tank, piping, to update a 30+ year old system.

Very cooperative. When he arrived I was getting an estimate from another company. He waited patiently in his car. Put on shoe protectors on entering. Furnace/AC needs to be replaced. Awaiting the estimate by email.

My experience with this highly rated company was disappointing. Communication was poor/slow. A capacitor was installed as an interim measure. Only worked for 36hrs. We notified the company and received no response, nor did we receive an estimate for a new system as promised. We had to call twice in order to get the estimate (6 days later). Then noted that the estimate was for a 4 ton unit although we were replacing a 5 ton unit. Not sure if this was an oversight because again communication was poor. Meanwhile, we reached out to another company that was very responsive and was able to get us back up and running 3 days after initial contact (estimate provided same day and install completed on third day). We were left with an invoice from Bluestar in the amount of $600 for a failed band aid fix - disappointing to say the least. I had to call the office twice in order to discuss the invoice and in the end the reply was unsatisfactory. I’m generously giving them 2 stars because this spanned a holiday weekend - would have been 1 star otherwise. This type of business requires technical expertise AND a high level of customer interaction - sadly, I didn’t feel confident about either and made the decision to do business elsewhere.

Walter and Carlos did an excellent job installing my 75 gallon gas water heater and April air 800 humidifier. Very efficient work very clean and answered all my questions.

It was a very difficult job because of the sedimentation in the hot water tank (FYI they replaced the hot water heater and an unusual wall-mointed ac unit), making drainage slow and difficult. The crew hung in there and did a very good job. We hope to get many years out of this system and appreciate the hyper-diligence of the team to get it all done in one day.

10/16/2025 - We had a small problem with the unit heating and Walter came out and got it up and going after "bleeding" the drain lines (I think that's the right term). Much appreciated and Walter's expertise is top notch and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (covered under warranty).

BlueStar Air arrived to perform cleaning of Lennox system's blower wheel and evaporator coil. The quality of the work was high. They provided meticulous care of the system components during the cleaning. I will certainly look to BlueStar Air in the future for my HVAC needs from preventive maintenance, system enhancements, to more serious repairs. Thank you BlueStar Air!
