Young did an amazing job. Our AC went out middle of night on 90 degree day. My usual company I used was booked for a week. I called B&B and they were professional and receptionist talked to Manager for me to see if they could send someone same day since emergency due to high daily summer temperature. Young came out that afternoon and identified issue. Explained system could be fixed but no guarantee how long fix would last and gave me quotes for repair or system replacement. I opted for system replacement and one day later my home has a new system. And it is quieter and colder than my old unit. Thanks to Young and the B&B team — my family sincerely appreciates it!

Today we had B&B coming to our house because our furnace stop working. So We look online to see what Hvac company near our house and we saw B&B and has some great reviews, the staffs on the company were very friendly over the phone and we were able to schedule appointment today and Jose M. technicians that came today to take care of our furnace was able to find what was the problem with the system. He explained what had to be done to the system and also he educated us on what kinda maintenance our furnace need as well. We were very pleased on today service thanks to everyone on B&B

I have used B&B for maintenance of my heating and air conditioning services. I have been satisfied with their service. They even remind me if I forget to schedule service. I am especially pleased with Kim Young. Mr Young who has been my techician for the past several years. He is on time, courteous and pleasant and competent!

B&B has excellent service. We have a service contract with them, and they are very responsive. They replaced a blower motor a month ago, and now replaced the compressor. Mr. Young and Mr. Deivi were very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They really did an excellent job. This work was done under warranty, so the cost was unbelievably reasonable.

My water heater failed and B&B sent a tech to repair it. It failed again and the tech returned but the thermostat was faulty and we decided to replace the unit. In three days they located a replacement unit, sent their installation manager, Ernesto and his assistant Kim Gu. It was a difficult job but they took out the old unit (a large 75 gallon unit) and replaced it with a new unit in 6.5 hours! They took care to not disturb the house and left my home as they found it. Because I have a service contract with B&B there was no charge for labor and I got a guarantee and 10% discount on the unit! They are a great company.

I had a great experience as a first-time customer of B&B. My central air stopped working on Sunday, I called B&B Sunday evening, and they were at my home before lunch on Monday morning. Ernesto was great. He had the issue diagnosed quickly, had the replacement parts needed on the truck, and had the whole system working again before I expected. My system is nearing the end of life so I will absolutely be calling B&B again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about B&B! I have been a customer since early 2000 and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent on a service contract. Whenever something goes wrong, they are at my house the same day and repairs, parts and labor are done within 1 day.
Yesterday, my motor blower on my AC went out. They came, inspected and repaired it within 24 hours. Young, the technician that did the repair, has been to my house on a couple of occasions. He is so professional and explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was great! Whenever someone has asked me for an Heating and AC recommendation- It’s ALWAYS B&B. They are hands down the best!!!

We have been long time customers of B&B Air Conditioning and Heating Service. We have a service contract with them and they have installed and maintained our systems. We recently had an emergency on a weekend. Kervin came out to evaluate the problem. He was very professional and thoroughly evaluated the situation and fixed the problem. The company is very responsive and reliable. Service technicians are always professional and perform high quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

I sound like a broken record, but B&B continues to provide great service. The techs are always good. Today's was no exception. Adrian was wonderful - friendly efficient above and beyond. He was concerned about the back gate not closing tightly and afraid my dog might get out. V considerate! Highly recommend.

I contacted B and B for the first time due to an emergency with my furnace. I choose them because of their very high reviews. They definitely deserve high ratings. They were extremely concerned and responsive. Chris’ 30 + years of experience gave me confidence that my old furnace definitely needed replaced. Hans and Kim Gu were exceptionally well trained technicians who were able to take on the challenge of working through all the many adjustments that were needed to do the job right. Hans did an excellent job always making sure that my many, many questions received very patient and professional answers. Outstanding work ethic by the whole team. Thank you for such peace of mind.

I’ve used B&B over twenty plus years and been so pleased with everyone from telephone staff through the technicians and managers.
My system broke down while I was on the West Coast, when I was seeing to my elderly father. I had a very warm ace and at midnight a person came here to fix it.
I had trouble with someone tampering with my system, twice in a three weeks, and the people at B&B came out because I of the service plan (best investment ever). On their recommendation I got a lock for my system.
B&B has put in two systems and I’ve been very happy.
Kevin Portillo was here today and remembered the tampering of my system and the man last Autumn remembered me as well. Obviously the company takes care of its staff and retains them. Nice.
Today Ivan was the person checking out my system; he's been here before and as always is very through, precise, and attentive. I like that the same people return to my home year after year.

Very good reliable company, I recommend homeowners purchase the service contract. I needed my very old heater replaced—it was at least 30 years old. B&B came out right away and had a professional staff install the new system, and there is a discount for customers who have a service contract. I had the technician named Ernesto— very professional and hard working. B&B also calls you and let’s you know the technician is on the way so you don’t spend your whole day waiting around.

We’ve been with B&B Air Conditioning & Heating for 25 years- they are consistently responsive and informed, whatever the issue. Really recommend the service contract. My appointment for fall inspection was handled by Adam— he was knowledgeable, responsive and did a fantastic job! He has exceptional customer service skills!!

Very happy with B&B. We’ve been clients for more than fifteen years now. They come twice a year for maintenance and a couple of years ago they replaced our HVAC system (it lasted 20 years thanks to good maintenance). They are extremely effective and professional. Great technicians. Today we had Ernesto, and like the previous technicians, he was very professional and knowledgeable.

We are so pleased that we entered into a service contract with B&B, especially this week when our furnace began to fail. The service was exceptional. We are so grateful to Kervin, Ivan, and Adam for getting us a new furnace in a day. Kervin did an excellent job explaining the condition of the furnace and discussing with us our options. At no time did we feel pressure to move forward. All the B&B representatives working with us today were professional and worked with me to manage the dogs excited for company and my work schedule! B&B never fails us.

Great price and quick service, but left a bit to be desired. Jose and his team were prompt and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. Jose answered all questions I had at the end and was very patient. I had an air handler/heater and an air conditioner all replaced, so a big job.

They replaced a programmable thermostat with one that is not programmable, which was a downgrade.

Additionally, the air coming from the vents seemed quite loud after, and while B&B insisted it was normal, I had multiple other companies out to check. All agreed they installed too large of a system that is oversized for my vents.

All in all, I wouldn't do business with them again. Though I keep it at 3 stars because of the nice install job and that the system itself seems quality and likely to last a while according to the other companies.

B&B of Fairfax has been our home/air conditioning and heating contractor for nearly a quarter century. B&B always provided outstanding, effective, reasonable price, and great assistance during this entire time.
We recently completed a third system installation in our home. The staff, management, and technician were thoroughly professional, courteous, and business like in their work. It was a pleasure and privilege to work with each of them. This very complicated installation was done superbly.
Prior to this year, our company owned an office building and B&B was our heating and air conditioning contractor at that facility for more than a decade. During the ENTIRE time, we never had a failure that was not remedied in a matter of hours.
B&B company has always been courteous, professional, and responsive to insure that our system were properly repaired and operating and B&B company always set a fine example!

B&B were fantastic to deal with. We had two broken AC units in a very hot week. B&B staff are very professional over the phone, scheduled a quick inspection for us with competitive rates, today Young and Ivan installed our new unit one day after requesting the service. Young & Ivan were diligent, clean, and friendly. Would recommend B&B to friends and family!

We have used B&B for many years with great satisfaction. Our 20 year old air conditioning unit stopped working and in order not to have to wait for a week for a new unit, they gave us an upgrade. Kervin who came the same day we called was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He came back on time to install the unit with his assistant Jose A and both did a great job. My parents have been using their service since 1994. We love the yearly service contract. You get a discount which is a great help. Their staff is always professional and cares about the customer.

Today we had Jose M. He has done great service for us before. He and another man came to put in a new hot water heater. As always they were friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the work to be done. They wore their masks and had covers for their shoes while inside the house. Great job!

Today June 9, 2022 I had my annual maintenance on the main A/C. Everything in good working order. I had been having issues with my LG ductless unit in the addition of my home. B&B had checked it out a while back and discovered that the problem was most likely from a faulty sensor on the outdoor unit. It took awhile to get the sensor from LG. It was received and B&B replaced it today and sure enough that’s what the problem was. My ductless system is now working. A very special thank you to Young who has been great. He does excellent work and is professional, pleasant, and very respectful of my home. I am a very happy long term B&B customer and highly recommend.

They been my HVAC company for over 20 years. They replaced the furnace which was required before purchasing my home. I have an annual service contract that has saved me a ton of money. All labor costs are covered under the annual contract. They are honest in their assessments of issues that may occur. They recently replaced my 21 year old furnace which was badly needed. Their technicians are highly skilled and I couldn’t be happier with their work and their service. I highly recommend B&B. Special shout out to Jose M. and Nans. Thank you!
