Joshua did a great job. Couldn’t get my fire place started, he came out took it apart got it all cleaned put it back together and it started right up. Let me know the igniter system was starting to go and how much it would be to replace it . Thanks for getting the heat going.

Godfred Wiafe came to repair and clean my gas fireplace. He was on time and was able to make the repair on the spot, he had the parts in his truck. He did a great job and answered all my questions. He also cleaned up after himself.

Had an hvac system installed in Dec 2025 for over $10,000. 5 years later, a part failed that was of course, not covered under the 10 year warranty, so we had to pay over $800 for the tech to replace the part. During the same visit, the tech also informed us that we may have a leak in the 5 yr old system. We had to call OHA back to the residence a month later because we were receiving the same thermostat error that was supposed to be fixed during the first service call (the first visit that costs $800). He told us that he would need to charge us $461 to add dye to the hvac line to identify the location of the leak and hope that the dye either plugs the leak or tells us where the leak is coming from. And they still charged us the $95 service call fee, which made the total $556, for them to come and address the same problem that they were here a month ago for. After the leak location is determined then they would have to come back out to repair. Also, even if the parts that are leaking are under the 10 year warranty, OHA will still charge us $1600 for labor. Also, it was discovered that the thermostat, that came with the unit and was installed by OHA, is faulty, never worked correctly, and needs to be replaced. No worries though, they can get us a new thermostat but they will have to charge us $205 for the installation?!? $205 for a faulty thermostat that the company purchased and installed. The system has just turned 5 years old, the only people that have touched the unit are the company that installed it (OHA). Much of this process has not made sense to me and it is feeling like OHA is trying to get as much money out of us as possible. They cannot even verify if the system was installed properly the first time because there were insufficient notes in their system to determine the accuracy of the initial install. So 5 years after having a company install a brand new hvac, I am now $1350 in the hole with OHA and I have no idea if I will have to pay more to fix the unit in the near future. I have a second unit in the home that was installed by a different company in the same year, 2020. I have had zero issues with that unit. I have had at least 3 different issues/service calls with the OHA installed unit. Dealing with OHA has made me feel frustrated, extremely uncertain and financially taken advantage of.

My technician Shaun was awesome. He is personable, explained things in detail but not to technical that I couldn't understand. He is a pleasure to work with. We had him here for our inspection and then back for some additional services I requested.

Bernie was dispatched to diagnose our gas fireplace and was very helpful educating us in the best way forward to get it repaired. I appreciate his thoroughness and help in finding us the best way forward.

Heywood identified a problem I did not realize that I had. My electric bill was up year over year and the heat pump had been running non-stop. I thought the weather was just colder than usual. After Heywood diagnosed the problem and fixed it, the air blowing through the vents was immediately warmer and my unit soon took a rest from its marathon run. I appreciate his direct approach and the way he explained everything. It was the experience that people always want during a service call, but are only lucky to get. I recommend OHA without reservation.

Jason was fantastic. We had him out to clean our dryer vents. There were some challenges with this initially but he didn't stop. I'm so grateful too - because now I can do laundry without fear of any fires.

Excellent installation of new HVAC system. Johnnie and his brother explained everything and answered my questions. They both worked efficiently to get the new system tested and running. Highly recommend this company.

Matt helped me diagnose and fix my residential humidifier, and gave me a bunch of tips to help me maintain my HVAC system for the future. He was very kind and professional! I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the service.

Godfred Wiate serviced my gas fireplace this afternoon and he is excellent at his job! He is courteous, respectful of me and my property, but also very easygoing and friendly. Heywood from OHA came out to clean my fireplace. OHA had an automated text system which included the technician, a picture, and bio on Heywood. Outstanding service! He was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I ended up going with an annual service plan. I plan to use them for my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

OHA Technician Bryan Ferrell did an outstanding job getting my gas fireplace up and running again. I had another company in for a diagnostic and cleaning, and they failed to get the fireplace to light, notwithstanding that they charged me more than OHA for the diagnostic and told me it would cost an additional minimum of $2,800 to get the fireplace to light. Kudos to OHA and their excellent Technician Bryan Ferrell for an honest diagnosis and a reasonable charge to resolve my problem.

Michael Bueno and his two technicians were excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, cleaned after installation, available to answer any questions. They had to innovate the install because of high snow pile - did a great job.

Shaun took care of us. Our capacitor was failing on our outside unit. He had it replaced in a few minutes. He checked the electrical wiring to make sure it was in top shape. Appreciate you Shaun and OHA. Highly recommend signing up for the every 6 month service preventative maintenance service for $15/month if they still offer it. Has saved us many times over 5 years. $$$ well spent for the new capacitor ($400 very reasonable) especially right before this polar vortex and snow/icestorm.

This team of professionals replaced my entire HVAC unit (inside and out) and connected my wife and me to the thermostat control app all in one business day. My request to move the outside unit to a slightly different location was completed beautifully. Inside install was clean and neat. The entire team was cordial and polite. All my questions were answered and the workings of the new system were explained. I’d highly recommend OHA HVAC.

Our technician, Matt H., was prompt and thorough. It only took him a couple of minutes to accurately diagnose the issue with our furnace and he set about repairing the problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I recommend OHA without reservation.
