OHA truly exceeded my expectations with their service! Lorenzo and Donovan were excellent at installing our new HVAC system. They were incredibly thorough, and after everything was complete, they even did a walk-through inspection with me to ensure everything was perfect and answered all my questions. I used to hear my system running, but now I can’t hear a thing. They provided truly great customer service!

Josh provided really awesome service. He showed up and was able to figure out why am my heater was not lighting and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very generous and kind of time in one above and beyond. He noticed that our filter needed to be changed and grabbed one that we already had and changed it for us. Give us a lot of insight into our thermostat settings and system to help us save some money and to help the system run a little bit more efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

OHA is my go to for gas fireplace servicing. My fireplace needed a valve and pipes replaced and updated. Donovan arrived on time and finished fairly quickly. He and his assistant went over everything with me and reprogrammed my remote that stopped working because of the servicing. I was very happy to get a call the day before that moved my service up by a week. I was missing being able to use my fireplace with the cold weather we have had.

Matt did an exceptional job in installing our new gas fireplace. He was very personable and clearly demonstrated a high level of expertise. It was also apparent that Matt has a strong attention to detail making sure every aspect of the install process was carefully. addressed. We could not be happier than having Matt as the technician on our gas fireplace install.

Reported my unvented gas fireplace issue via email and was contacted right away. A service call was set up as soon as I wanted it. Our tech, Matt H, showed up on time, talked through the problem and got to work. He had the problems sorted in no time and went over options. I went with the slightly high end solution because the total price was less than just the parts I could find online. Installation complete, work site all cleaned up. Matt was super helpful, friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I feel like I got a good deal. 5*

Joshua from OHA HVAC did an amazing job yesterday at my house. He came in and took care of my heating system that has been giving my family problems. He didn’t take long but he was very efficient and effective and very courteous and professional. Thank you Joshua for conducting great services to my wife and I. Great service visit! Bernie got my fireplace working again, knocked out maintenance on all covered systems, and walked me through selecting a new HVAC systems to replace the original. He explained the differences between potential systems, the additional bang for the buck of each level of equipment, and what hardware modifications, if any, were required. There was no pressure to "upgrade" to any specific level of equipment; Bernie simply answered all of my layman's questions thoroughly.

Bernie is/was professional, respectful of my home, pleasant, and detail oriented. Customer service is definitely emphasized in OHA! Have used OHA for close to two decades and highly recommend their experienced technicians. Thank you Bernie and OHA!

Jason was efficient, friendly, polite, and explained clearly with pictures! He also addressed an error in pricing first thing, which I greatly appreciate. His work was excellent.

I will also say I chose this company because they are the ONLY ones to tell me how much a straightforward sweep costs. Everyone else would only quote me $69 service fee and I would get the cost when they were here, which seemed like I could expect “a lot of work to be done”. So, while they may be a bit more expensive, upfront clarity was the deciding factor to hire them. I will definitely use them again!

Johnnie and Lorenzo are the dynamic duo. They are excellent! So professional, very smart, and did a terrific job installing our new system. They helped us set up the app, explained what they did and were an absolute joy. I don’t often see this kind of professionalism and excellence and they are a huge asset to OHA.

My husband and I were pleased with the fast and courteous installation of our replacement Mitsubishi Mini-Splits that are now cooling really well. Brothers, Johnnie and Lorenzo, worked well together as a team. They even came back an extra day to clean up the outside of the sheet metal cover over the heating/cooling lines they had sealed to keep the squirrels from nesting inside during wintertime. Overall they did the job cleanly and efficiently.

I recently hired OHA HVAC & Plumbing to replace my old HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I just had a tremendous experience with OHW Hone Services and their tech Bryan. He was here on time, was knowledgeable, was professional, and quickly fixed both of my gas fireplaces quickly, for a very reasonable price. I was recommend these guys to anyone.

Matt from OHA took the time needed to understand and thoroughly troubleshoot a longstanding quirky issue with our main floor gas fireplace working only intermittently. We also had a completely separate issue with our upstairs gas fireplace not turning working at all. He fixed the issue with the upstairs fireplace and serviced/cleaned it to look brand new. The main floor fireplace needs a new valve which needs to be ordered, so he reviewed everything with me and will return in 7-14 days to install it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. UPDATE 2/18/2026: Matt returned to install the new valve and it works perfectly. Great service.

Matt was and an outstanding professional while working on our Natural Gas Fireplace. The newest one,a bathroom renovation, is absolutely beautiful and was finished in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the house.
