Dont even waste your time with these people. I called to clean my basement carpet the guy said its 100 Dollars I said Cash or credit he said Cash so I said ok I send theme my address and he said my guy will be there tomorrow 730 AM I waited until 1030 nobody showed up I keep calling him if no one is coming so I should call someone else he never answered my phone. And now he is replying to my review saying we tried calling you and you never answered big lie. Mr jerk it's the 21st century technology records everything you are lucky that I an not suing you.

I remodeled my bathroom and added a shower. The finished product looks beautiful. Very responsive team and considerate of desires to make it match the inspirational pictures I sent. Thank you!

The workers for Pedro are not capable of cleaning. I hired them to clean my house and came home to realozed they didn't do much outside of mopping the floors. Dust was over the place. I paid their high price with the thought they charge more since they do more. Poor workmanship. I'll never recommend. They just vacuumed and mopped, didnt clean the interior pay of windows etc. Stay away

Friend’s Painters Homes Services, Pedro and Jose were very responsive and professional. We had our garage refinished; some new drywall, all old drywall tape removed, sanded, primed and painted, as well as has our garage floor painted. The crew estimated a week’s working time, but actually finished a day early. They were here right at 8:00 or 8:30 every morning and worked consistently throughout the day, always cleaning up before leaving for the day.Very nice crew and company.- we would have them do other projects for us in the future.

On the date work was supposed to begin Pedro's "associates" arrived (two of them teenagers). My wife asked to have two additional items installed for what Home Depot quoted us ($550) but Pedro wanted to charge us an additional $1,800! They [may] do good work but you will pay EXTRA for it -after you have prepped the whole house for them to start.

We were not satisfied paying $1,300 more than quotes from other reputable contractors.

We shopped around and are now getting the work done by a professional for the correct price.

I got my wooden fence cleaned and stained and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Pedro was very communicative and open about the process. Also, he was easily accessible, which is a good thing ahead of the process. On the date of the job, Jose and his skilled assistant showed up early and everything went smoothly. I’m so glad I went with “Friends” and will definitely use them in the future.

I had a crack in my bathtub which was leaking into the unit below mine. The previous owner had the bathroom remodeled so I didn't want to have to remodel the whole bathroom again as I also was very low on funds. Pedro had the unit assessed and suggested the best option is for me to have the bathtub and drain pipe replaced and tiles reused since everything else was in good working condition. I was so happy for his recommendation. During the job, some tiles couldn't be reused and drywall had to be repaired. He found matching tiles and fixed the drywall back to looking new. I was so impressed with how he handled the situation because there will be mishaps during a job so its critical how they are handled. Pedro and his team did a superb job, offered a complete solution and did it all at a very competitive price. I will definitely reach out to Friend's Homes Services for future work again!

Pedro provides stellar services at a reasonable cost. They helped us remove a load bearing wall to open up the square footage in our home as well as build the necessary support needed. In addition, they did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Looks great and will likely rely on their services in the future.

Wonderful experience! We had an emergency, I called Pedro, and he had a team in our house in two hours. They worked tirelessly for two days over a weekend and did excellent work. Can’t recommend them enough!
