You need to call Larin landscaping! If you are Selling, looking to rent your property or just want to spruce it up, you need to call Larin landscaping! I was looking to sell my house and Alejandro Larin maintains some of my neighbors homes and I noticed he has done such a good job with their homes. I called him to fix mine up. When he finished my home looked so much better I wished I had him take care of my lawn all along. So if you are looking for someone to do your landscaping you need to call Larin landscaping!

I'm honestly blown away. I needed a LOT of help clearing out a backyard that was severely overgrown. I had fallen branches, weeds, poison ivy. I met with Gloria and Alejandro to do a quick estimate. We talked through exactly what I needed done and they gave me a super fair price. Did more than I expected and cleaned up after themselves. I've had bad experience with landscaping in the past so this was a really nice change. 10/10 Before and after photos

Lack of Accountability After Poor Sod Installation

We hired this company to renovate our front yard, including leveling uneven areas and installing new sod. While the initial work was completed on schedule, within a week we noticed that several patches of the new sod were drying out and not establishing properly.

We followed their watering instructions carefully and consistently, adjusting the schedule as they recommended. Despite this, approximately 20% of the lawn remains in poor condition. When we brought this to their attention, the response was consistently to place the blame on us, rather than acknowledging the possibility of an issue with the materials or installation.

Unfortunately, they have not offered any corrective action or support beyond advising us on how to repair the problem ourselves.

Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of accountability and post-service support. Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others.

I’m updating my review in response to the reply we received. I’m lowering my rating from two stars to one.

Apparently, you claimed that our neighbors said we weren’t watering the lawn — which, frankly, is one of the most absurd things I’ve ever heard. Are our neighbors monitoring how we water our yard every morning and evening? That’s simply not credible.

We followed your instructions exactly as you provided them. If we hadn’t, how do you explain that the rest of the lawn is growing well and only about 20% of it is dry and yellow? That clearly suggests an issue with either the sod itself or the installation in those areas.

What you wrote in your response is not appropriate. We are not trying to blame anyone — we are simply sharing our experience with the work that was done.

Gloria and Alejandro made my grandparents property transform. They not only got here and did an amazing job taking down 10+ trees but also doing it quickly and then getting the rest of the yard under control, leveled and mulched, they are true professionals. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

Alejandro Larin and his crew did an amazing job preparing my planting beds to include edging. One of the best things is that they knew how to edge the beds! Larin Landscaping & Masonry LLC will definitely get my future business. They even blew the leaves & twigs off of my driveway and patios! The beds are now ready for compost and arborist’s chips. Alejandro and his team did an absoultely fantastic job putting in a paver walkway and a small stone wall for a flower bed on the side of my house to a new garage that was just refinished from a carport conversion. I have many hardscape projects around my home and found Alejandor Larin and Gloria Larin to be outstanding to work with and they really deliverd. Ill post pictures after I take them in the daylight. Friendly courteous, great site preparation and clean up and a beautiful product at the end.

Quality carpentry work.

This is how they keep their rental properties. Wouldn’t trust them with construction.

They left a 5 foot spool of cable in my yard and left a 3 foot deep hole uncovered for someone to get hurt. I had to call the Sheriff department and file a civil complaint to protect myself from any liability.

I really liked how they worked at my house. They left a clean and well-done job.

Yuri and his team designed and built our entire home and we hit the jackpot. Having never done this before and hearing the horror stories of other’s experiences, we were apprehensive and ready for our horror story to start. Sagatov/Ode proved us entirely wrong.

The level of modern design that Sagatov/Ode is known for is met with a pleasantly surprising (and refreshing) unpretentiousness when meeting the team behind these incredible homes. Yuri and his team are focused on quality and thoughtfulness in everything that they do. Although Yuri has designs of his own, we came to Yuri with a rough house layout we had been mulling over for a while. Over our discussions of how we utilize space and what we envisioned for our future, he transformed that rough sketch into the perfect layout that had flow, function, and intention. There still isn’t an inch I would change in our house. Every inch of that design was pushed and pulled until it was absolutely perfect.

We did this in the middle of the pandemic where prices for materials, shipping, labor, etc. were crazy. They really worked with us to make our budget work as prices were changing daily. Colleen was our interior designer, and she was the absolute best. Whatever we were tackling in the meeting (tile, bathroom, paint colors…) she always came prepared with all budget options, various designs, and pros vs. cons of certain selections. She anticipated our questions and had already adjusted her selections. If she didn’t have the answer immediately, she always followed up with an answer and the research. She was also very understanding if we needed to change directions or reselect something. She is so down-to-earth and such a pleasant human to interact with. She was fantastic working with my husband, a strong personality lol.

We really wanted this house to be kid-friendly and they really kept that in mind when designing every space in the house. We are a kitchen family… that’s where we spend our time the most. We went through multiple iterations until we found the perfect flow for what our family needed. Yuri, Colleen, and the rest of the team who work tirelessly in the background, created this modern, sleek, and timeless, family-friendly space that balances the need for low-maintenance but with an incredibly elevated feel.

We are so happy that working with Sagatov/Ode was completely on the contrary of what we had heard about the industry. They are genuinely good, trustworthy people that are great at what they do, and it was evident throughout our entire experience. Hands down. They. Are. The. Best. I will continue to shout it from the rooftops, stop searching and go with Yuri’s team.
