Our experience with Yuri and his team was Steller from start to finish. The design, choice of materials and aesthetic they chose for our kitchen were not only visually appealing but highly functional. While our design is decidedly modern and minimal, the choices of materials and colors made by the designers makes the space warm and inviting. The workmanship on our project was top notch and the counters, cabinetry and appliances are all in excellent shape after multiple years of hard use. We would recommend them whole heartedly.

Yuri Sagatov and his team at ODE have designed two kitchens for us in the past few years -- one for our residence and another for an investment property. In each case, after discussing our goals for the kitchen space and working through design concepts and materials and a budget with the ODE team, we were very pleased with result.

The kitchen and dining area in our residence, designed with an open-space concept in mind, is highly functional with smart, attractive fixtures and finishes. It is the perfect design for hosting family and entertaining friends. The kitchen/dining space is a centerpiece of our house.

The other kitchen designed for us by the ODE team, in our investment property, was conceived with a more functional goal and with a stricter budget. Again, Yuri Sagatov and his team stepped up to the challenge and gave us what we needed within our cost framework while still creating the aesthetics we hoped to achieve.

We were stoked to hear Sagatov is creating a business for kitchens and baths! We worked with Yuri a few years ago for a whole house renovation and they were awesome. From our first interaction he found our style and we loved the designs. He pushed us slightly more modern on our traditional house and it looks incredible. Yuri’s signature is something unique in each of his builds. Our kids have “secret tunnels” that go from room to room, which double as bookshelves. We love, love, love our bathroom. Their designers were amazing with choices and colors. We tried to cut a couple of costs and Yuri was super helpful in directing us where we could cut and where we will regret it if we do (eg heated floors; we love them!).

Their design quality, workmanship and project management was really great. And we love how much they give back to the community. They aren’t just builders. They build relationships with clients and the community they serve.

Working with Sagatov Design (now ODE) has been an awesome experience. Yuri and his team listened to our family's specific needs and vision, added their knowledge and expertise, and made our home into a beautiful, practical, durable space. We feel extremely lucky, and keep commenting on how we can't believe that we get to live and raise our kids in such an incredible space. My husband cares about our kitchen in particular, and the team was spot on with their guidance--from the induction stove to the cabinetry and storage spaces, it is perfection. We recommend ODE highly to our own family and friends.

ODE Kitchen designed and built a beautiful and functional kitchen for us. They spent a lot of time with us during the design phase and used a very methodical and thoughtful approach to develop our kitchen layout while integrating it well with rest of the house. The recommended cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and minute details to enhance functionality brought everything together making it look elegant. It is one of our favorite areas of our house and definitely a hangout place during all our events at the house. I highly recommend you to work with ODE Kitchen, if you want a unique experience and kitchen.

We worked with Sagatov Design+Build to build our dream home from 2020 - 2022 and the experience was wonderful. Starting at the initial consultation, Yuri was able to meld my wife's and my tastes together into floorplan and design concept that we both loved. Their staff helped us navigate the design and function of each room, optimizing the layout and offering creative design elements. Our kitchen is a centerpiece of the home and we love the modern but timeless look Yuri and team helped us create along with the overall functionality. I love to cook, handling the families meals 5+/wk, and the usability/functionality has lived up to the way we designed it. Our screen porch feels like an extension to the kitchen. We heavily relied on their expertise in guiding us for a vision to the details of the materials used. We had a great experience with Yuri and his team. Yuri’s expertise in kitchen design was a huge asset for us as we navigated the numerous decisions that need to be made when building the most costly room in a home. When designing a space, his team’s approach is very collaborative. They paid attention to all the things on our wish list and worked with us on several rounds of finish selections to get it just right. Yuri also does an incredible job incorporating natural light into a room. The end result is a highly functional and beautiful space that we enjoy and feel grateful for every day.

All of his team members from the interior designers to the project managers to the building crew are professional, trustworthy, and responsive - all around good people who seem to really appreciate design and care about the work they do.

We built an entire home with Yuri Sagatov and his team. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and the kitchen is the focal point of our open floor plan home. The kitchen is beautiful and utilitarian at the same time. We like to cook and entertain in a collaborative fashion and due to the success of the design we can be cooking and still interact with our guests. When I am home alone, the kitchen serves as my study and central control for hte house!!

I recently moved to VA from MA. After closing, Sam got the key and remodeled the house till we came. Everything was perfect with a reasonable price. Flooring, painting, and maintenance were perfectly done along with kitchen and bathrooms.

NV Kitchen and Bath did a very complete renovation of a condominium for us. This included redoing the entire electrical system, gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, installing all new appliances, gutting and rebuilding two bathrooms, building and installing built-in cupboards, installing all new lighting and hardware, and installing new floors throughout.
The job was particularly challenging because the condo is in a 1938 building with concrete walls and ceilings. The team also had to work around the restrictions that come with working in a condo in DC--limited work hours, the need to accommodate neighbors, DC regulations, etc.
Our designer, Italo, had excellent ideas and suggestions and helped us find finishings that met our taste and budget. Our day-to-day foreman, Edgar, was a joy to work with and was unfailingly helpful and kind.
We are thrilled with the final results. We got the warm, inviting home we were looking for and couldn't be happier.

Sean and his crew did a great job at my house. Since from the start with the 3D design, Sean designed exactly what I had in mind for my home. NV Kitchen and bath built a bath from scratch. Renovated two other bathrooms, and installed kitchen countertops.
The bathrooms were perfect. I can't imagine anything better than that. They pretty much finished everything on the time promised and so on.

I had amazing experience at NV kitchen and bath in dulles. Matt the project manager was extremely professional and provided great overall services, but what sold me on there services was their amazing designer Shafa. Shafa designed our kitchen and she is extremely responsive!! I highly recommend NV kitchen Bath in dulles for all your bathroom and kitchen designs

We had a very pleasant experience with this company. NV Kitchen and Bath had renovated our basement for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the Fairfax VA area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. 5 star for their service. Thanks again.

I'm giving them 2 stars; one for the nice designer and one for the quality of materials.

Out master bathroom remodel was really aweful from start to finish. It will be difficult to explain every detail of fault, but will give you a couple of reasons to NEVER hire them. The biggest problem was the tileling the shower. It was sloppy, tile was wavy and crooked. I emailed Sean (the owner) to show him pictures. He came out the next day with Oz and a host of other people. They took down the work that they had done. Re-Demo part of the shower. They said they did a bad job and had someone else do the shower again. One of the shower pieces wasn't cut correctly and thank God I was there to say...*that doesn't look right". (This is piece that the glass sits on) they took it away and yes it was incorrectly measured. More delays at this point. What about the install of the glass door. It leaked! They came out once to add more sealer, but it continued to leak. Oz words, "this has never happened before. This has been a challenging job".

So I emailed them...all of them recently and NEVER got a reply. I think the actual materials are good quality, but there is no craftsmanship. No attention to detail. Currently, the nook in the shower is not straight, the tile in the shower is not done well, drawer pulls are crooked and really there are so many problems I can't list them all and it just makes me upset. When you spend that kind of money it should have been superb. I wish I could upload photos...just don't hire them.

Excellent remodel of master bath. Huseyin, the Project Manager, was very responsive to all questions/concerns & did not hesitate to address these in a timely fashion. His team does excellent work & is mindful & respectful of the property.
Would definitely use again for any project.

I strongly recommend against using NV Kitchen and Bath.
After receiving a recommendation from Angie’s List and searching other review sites online, I reached out to NV Kitchen and Bath to request an estimate to finish my unfinished basement. On April 15, 2021, I signed a contract and paid a 50% down payment, which exceeds the allowable legal limit for down payments in my state. The maximum allowable down payment for this kind of project in Maryland is 33% of the total project cost.
The NV team cashed my check immediately, but did not request permits for about two months. I could see the entire permitting process through my county’s online system. Once permits were requested, there came a point where no progress was being made. After contacting NV a couple of times and still seeing no progress, I reached out to the county and got the process completed. Once the permits were approved, it took a couple more weeks for the NV team to begin work.
The NV team began work in my home August 16, 2021. Problems arose almost immediately and the NV team was not responsive and did not resolve issues in a timely manner – for example, they improperly installed the wrong entry door (wrong size, wrong components, wrong style) causing water to come into the basement during heavy rain. This issue, like many others, was never resolved. The onsite crew – not employees of NV, but contracted by the company – ran into constant issues and was frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the project manager as well. They had to come to my husband and I frequently for instructions because they could not get what they needed from NV.
By mid-September, the Owner and CEO of NV, came to my home and took over as the chief point of contact. An inspection occurred at my home on October 12 and the work performed by NV failed. The county inspector told my husband and I that he did not believe NV was licensed based on the quality of the work he saw in our basement. Following the inspection, NV sent workers to attempt to correct some of the issues identified by the inspector, but their workers created additional problems by closing the soffit with two sprinklers inside. I sent pictures of the enclosed soffit with the sprinklers no longer visible on October 17 and the issue was never resolved. No further work was done in my home by NV.
During the period of time when NV was doing work in my home, their team never worked a full week. When they did show up, they were inconsistent on the time and they played loud music in my basement beginning as soon as they arrived while my family attempted to work and conduct school remotely upstairs.
After a series of contract breaches by NV including exceeding the timeline for project completion, failing to perform work up to code standards (requiring us to pay for someone else to redo the failed components), failing to uphold professional standards, attempts to double charge for work that was previously contracted, and noncompliance with applicable laws – namely, the requirement to be appropriately licensed in the state of Maryland prior to accepting funds or commencing work in the state, by mid-November, we came to a point where we could not move forward.
I attempted to come to a resolution through the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection, but NV was uncooperative. On April 13, 2022, the Office initiated criminal charges in the Montgomery County District Court against the CEO and two NV Kitchen and Bath employees.
To date, none of the funds that were illegally collected from me have been returned.

The workers hired were excellent, but the project manager(s) were unprofessional. The work stated in the contract was not done, we were charged over the price paid for our selections, a final invoice was not provided and we had to haggle by phone and email. Would not recommend until the projects managers are more professional and actually do what the company is hired to do.
