I heard about NV online. I called them and set an appointment with one of their designer in the showroom. The staff was really nice, polite and patient (Please note that I am really picky!). I had my kitchen completed about a month ago. They were the most amazing people work with. I would definitely use them for my bathrooms remodel as well. Their design are modern and the quality of work is the best. Do not hesitate!!!!

We have done a number of kitchen renovations over the years with different companies, and I am extremely happy with the work from NV Kitchen and Bath in Alexandria. They did an excellent job of a Fabuwood kitchen for us in Old Town. They are very knowledgable and responsive, and they know the cabinet companies really well, so they get questions answered and products delivered very quickly. Their installers are efficient and accurate and they kept everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Under new managment, they are turning over a new leaf. Like some others, my contract was signed in April under the old ownership who had many problems. However after the change in management, NV K&B stepped up and completed the project on time and on budget. They did great quality work, and Eric the Project Manager, Richard contruction manager, Taylor the designer, Harb and Sean all followed through with their commitments. The team was very responsive, very professional, very courteous and did great work. We are very happy with the end result and look forward to future projects with them. Despite the issues in the beginning, I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

First, I would encourage anyone researching businesses and remodeling companies to look at multiple review platforms - Yelp and the BBB show a very different story.
I have used NV Kitchen and Bath (Falls Church, VA location) twice for kitchen remodels - once in 2018 and once in 2023-2024 - totaling over $150K in work. I can validate both of these projects with copies of my signed contracts.
The job in 2018 required significant work, including removal of a previous existing wall, installation of beams, structural engineer work, moving windows, and building a top-notch kitchen with a 10' island. The kitchen is featured prominently on their website and marketing materials. There were headaches along the way requiring multiple meetings with management. However, we crossed the finish line and we were willing to recommend them to our friends and return as customers.
Our current job is in flux. Since reaching cabinet installation (just prior to countertop installation) and paying another significant payment per our contract, NV Kitchen and Bath employees have not worked on our project. The last time an NV Kitchen and Bath employee stepped in our home was 18 June 2024 (I will update this post when that changes). I look forward to getting my project across the finish line and resolving several issues with this company. -
Great experience & great price. Ask for Eric and Barron!

We ran into trouble when the original company quit work and NV Kitchen and Bath (Falls Church) took over the job. Although there was still substantial work to be done they met our expectations. We are very happy with the final master bathroom and closet renovation. All the staff that worked on our project were polite, friendly and communicative. Throughout the project they identified issues and solutions to keep things going. Overall they did a great job for us.

Working with NV Kitchen and Bath was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Jay was our designer, and he truly understood what we wanted for our kitchen remodel. He created a design that was not only beautiful but also functional, incorporating all the elements we discussed. Amir, the project manager, ensured the renovation was executed flawlessly, with a focus on detail and precision. Highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath!

After years of wanting to update our outdated kitchen, we decided to work with NV Kitchen and Bath, and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. Chris was our designer, and he really listened to what we wanted, making sure every feature had a purpose and aesthetic appeal. He went above and beyond to suggest materials and finishes that matched our style but were also durable and functional. Amir kept everything on track and always answered our questions promptly, which made us feel more at ease with such a big project. Every step was handled professionally, and the end result is a kitchen that feels brand new. We’re thrilled with the work and couldn’t imagine a better experience.

Last year we had a contract with NV kitchen and bath to remodel our kitchen they said it will be done in three weeks but it took them five months to get done 80% of the project after we paid all the money now they are disappeared we can’t find them to get the job done.

We recently undertook a significant kitchen renovation with NV Kitchen and Bath, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Sean, our designer, was incredible at turning our ideas into a functional, beautiful space. He listened to our needs and added his expertise to make the kitchen even more practical and stylish than we imagined. Amir was invaluable in managing every detail, keeping the project on schedule, and ensuring we were updated regularly. The owner also reached out to see how everything was progressing, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the experience. It’s rare to see this level of dedication from a team, and we are beyond impressed. If you’re considering a remodel, this is the team to go with. Our friends and family have been blown away by the transformation!

We have just completed our fourth renovation project with NV Kitchen & Bath. Each of our experiences was nothing short of excellent. Each time the work was completed on time, on budget, and to a very high standard of workmanship. The project manager each time was extremely responsive and personally engaged in making sure that all of our detailed requests were met precisely to our specifications. We would strongly recommend this company and have done so to friend and neighbors.
The most recent project involved the installation from scratch of a new full bathroom in a large bedroom, along with additional electrical lighting work. All of it was done excellently. The worksite was kept meticulously clean throughout. The workers were polite and very amiable. We were pleased with the design solutions that the company came up with for a tricky space. The overall outcome is beautiful.
Our past projects were at a previous house. They included two bathroom renovations, a full kitchen remodel and a living room renovation with fireplace surround and extensive built-in bookcases. All of the projects turned out very well. -
Our experience with NV Kitchen and Bath has been nothing short of amazing. This was a huge renovation, and we were understandably nervous about the process. Jay, our designer, took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and even suggested ideas we hadn’t thought of. The design captures our style perfectly. Amir, the project manager, was meticulous in overseeing each stage of the remodel, ensuring everything went smoothly. The owner personally checked in a few times throughout the process, which made us feel valued and reassured. It’s rare to find a business where the owner is so invested in customer satisfaction, and we appreciated that personal touch. Our kitchen is now the heart of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you, NV Kitchen and Bath!

Echoing my wife's review and adding some photos: Oz was fantastic to work with. He was thoughtful throughout the process, recommending materials and styles that are both great looking and affordable. The guys completed an upstairs bath and half bath downstairs for us. Couldn't be happier.

I had a kitchen Island and countertop for dining room cabinets installed from NV kitchen and bath. Kay, designed the islands based on our needs and gave a good price. The installation was prompt and professional. Looking forward to work with them again.

We have a step-down family room and wanted to replace our railing with cabinets, which required extending the kitchen floor into the family room. We also wanted to remove our old pantry and replace it with cabinets and counter tops. NV Kitchen was the only company who noticed structural issues with our plans and proposed a remedy. They completed the entire job in less than 4 weeks. The employees were very courteous and professional.

Loved working with my designer Natalie. She was so patient and helped guide me as we redesigned my kitchen! I was nervous doing a remodel in a small condo kitchen, but it turned out great!

They say a kitchen renovation is one of the biggest investments (and biggest disruptions) one can make in one's home, and I'm glad to have chosen NV Kitchen and Bath for ours. While work has not yet finished, we're impressed with NV and love our new kitchen so far. To be clear, this process has still been *hard*, and fairly stressful. For our project, it included months of discussions about design and financing, tearing down part of a wall, and replacing 700 square feet of carpeting with new hardwood flooring. NV has handled it all, which has been huge for peace of mind working with one contractor from concept and design through demolition and construction.
Emily, who finished our design from NV's Falls Church location, was great about responding to questions and talking us through options. I did have to ask a lot of questions and be my own advocate when inquiring about design changes, features, and customization, but that's not a ding on Emily or NV. It's hard for anyone to create something you'll truly love without *you* bringing a lot of your own questions and input to the design conversations, and when you're paying for something as big as a kitchen reno, you owe it to yourself and your wallet to talk through all the details. Emily and other folks at NV were transparent and communicative throughout this long and challenging process, providing detailed checklists for all the critical choices, so we always had a solid idea of how our design (and budget) was evolving. We came to NV with a goal of a $50-60k kitchen. The final project will likely cost closer to $75k. That's a big increase, but it's mostly because of our own design decisions, and it's a *great* value for an *amazing* kitchen. NV helped us make informed decisions every step of the way, we're getting exactly what we always envisioned for our home, and NV is pulling it off *beautifully*.
Ryan, the branch manager for Alexandria, has been great at keeping the process moving forward and helping us with financing that worked for our family budget. Louis has been prompt with payment details and confirmations. Baran, our project manager onsite, has been wonderful at answering all our questions about the timeline, solving problems with suppliers, and addressing concerns throughout the build. The crew has also worked remarkably fast. After starting on November 27, demo work and the new flooring were nearly done in the first week, cabinets were installed the next week, and the countertop, backsplash, and appliances will all be installed this week, week three. (On Monday, December 11, the countertops were already in!) That's a huge project coordination win. There are dozens of little details and touch-ups remaining in the weeks ahead (skipping the holiday)—a shim here, a patch there, caulk this, paint that—but we're *seriously* impressed at how quickly NV has moved with the build, the quality of the materials, and the quality of the work that has been done so far, even if there are some issues to fix.
Again, this process is *hard*. And yeah, it's *expensive*. But if you're going to put all that work into your home, it pays to have a partner with the care and expertise you need to do it right. The folks at NV have been great partners for us. The staff are all from Turkey, too, which is neat, and they can fix you up with some nice coffee if you stop by their showroom. I imagine we might work with them again for a bath reno in the future! -
We had our master bath completely remodeled. The work itself was excellent, and I truly appreciated the design and decor selection: they were helpful, professional, and we were quickly able to negotiate a fair price. We did the update at the beginning of the pandemic (March/April 2020) and the design staff and especially the in-home workers were all very clean and careful. We had looked at about 4 different renovation companies and NV Kitchen and Bath was far and beyond the best of them: experience, professionalism, quality, and most importantly (to me) price!

Project went smoothly with the bathroom renovation. Bathroom looks amazing compared to what it was before. Completely revitalized and added value to my place. The team and staff at NV were very nice and updated me on everything happening with the project. I am pleased with the final product and recommend them for your next renovation.

We wanted high quality work, professional treatment and a fair price for the extended list of work we needed done. We got all of that from Empire Construction. They were great. It’s that simple. So now we will use them for our next round of fixes and improvements. No other company in NoVa we have worked with has done better. Not even close.
