If you’re looking for phenomenal service and quick response times for junk removal in the Tyson’s/McLean/Fairfax area then I recommend you call them. Robin was outstanding when I called and was the definition of customer service. I mentioned an overview of what I needed picked up and my availability and Robin got me on the schedule right away. I wish other companies were this easy to work with!

We called Wee Haul to help us clean out our basement. We had several large and heavy items including a sleep sofa, treadmill, and ping pong table. To complicate things, the stairs to the basement have a left turn halfway down. Tough to get large items around that corner going down or up.
The team arrived on time and got to work. Rather than force the issue by trying to get the large items up the stairs, they wisely took the time to disassemble the large items and remove them in pieces. They were courteous, cheerful, and careful as they moved the items up the stairs and out through the front hall.
We were very pleased with their work and will call them again.

Cham and team are fantastic. Incredibly kind and accommodating of my family on a fairly big shed removal and junk removal project. Of all the companies I reached out to (6) they were the only ones who appeared to be “real people” not bots, who listened, understood what we wanted to have done, and provided a very fair quote for all of their work. I will be hiring them again in January for another big clean out project to help my parents, because they were vehemently respectful of their needs. And the work itself was done well. They hauled out old furniture without leaving any damage, and the shed was gone without any residual mess.

I have hired other junk companies before, but this is the first positive experience I have had.

And they did it all…on Christmas Eve!

What an awesome experience! We moved in to our home and had to deal with quite a bit of overgrowth and dead trees. After the initial meeting with Mark, it was so clear that he really cared about his business and his customers' satisfaction so I cancelled appointments with two other companies for quotes. We had two crews for two days and my only regret is that I didn't take any before pictures! Our property is SO much cleaner, more enjoyable to be on, and most importantly, safer for our kids to be out in the yard. I'll be calling them on them to maintain what they've done and will gladly recommend to anybody I know!

Arborbuds is amazing! The same day I noticed a dangerous crack in one of my oaks, the owner came out—at the end of the workday—to tether the tree and secure it. They checked its safety the next day. And then removed it the day after that—on a Saturday. They’re smart. They’re efficient. They’re professional. They’re clean. Their prices are very fair.

They took a look around my property to share thoughts about tree health without pressure or additional cost.

And they have ideas about reforesting to replace what they take away.

The owner of Arborbuds went above and beyond to get me a piece of hardwood so that my friend could start growing mushrooms. Every experience I have had with this crew and manager has been extremely positive!

Arborbuds is awesome! They came and took care of removing trees at 3 houses (ours and our 2 neighbors) , got everything done in one day AND left our yards cleaner than they found them. The Arborbuds team is super friendly, accommodating, and all around great at what they do! Would definitely use them again.
