The Plumbing Dr. is still the best around - We had Dr. Daniel tackle a pretty big job on sink and PRV value and the work was fast and excellent. These guys explain everything their doing and why then give you multiple cost options. Thanks Dr. Daniel.

My wife and I moved into a new home and found a slow leak into our basement within the first couple weeks. We thought initially it was a leaking shower line that was going to cost a ton to repair. We had Liam from The Plumber Doctor come and happily he found it wasn't the shower line but a poorly installed dish washer Home Depot installed a few weeks earlier. Liam was on time, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do before so we could decide next steps. He was really knowledgeable about the materials used in our 1960s home and cleaned up after finding the leak. The reviews for Plumber Doctor are spot on! Highly recommend them.

DR Harold completed a sanitary waste system renovation for our kitchen and laundry sinks on 2/27/24. This job included power cleaning main lines, flushing and purging fixture lines, and accomplishing performance and safety tests. He arrived on time, expertly performed the work, and cleaned-up each the work areas. Dr. Harold was professional, personable, and outstandingly finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Plumbing Dr's and specifically, Dr. Harold.

"Dr" Charlie & "Dr" Lloyd were fantastic. They were professional, polite and took the time to explain what was needed and what was not needed. They inspected pipes that were identified as potentially damaged lines and they were honest and explained that the corrosion seen was not from leaks but lazy builder workmanship of not cleaning up after installing the pipes initially. They fixed one real problem and the cost was reasonable. I would hire The Plumbing Dr again and would be pleased if Charlie and Llyod came back. I am completely satisfied.

I had a backed up kitchen sink and Dr. Brian came and saved the day! He was so knowledgable and persistent with solving my issue. It took a whole lot of work because my block was pretty far down but Brian kept working until he found the block. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I was so impressed I had to write a review. Highly recommend Brian and The Plumbing Dr. They will be my go to for any plumbing I have to do in the future.

Dr. Brandon and Dr. Joe were amazing. This job was supposed to be unclogging a bathtub drain, an easy fix. It wasn't! It turned into an all day job. They arrived at 8:00 am and didn't leave until 7:00 pm. They worked all day to find out what caused the problem and then how to fix it. When they discovered there was a blockage way farther into the drain than they realized. By the end of the day they had not only the tub drain working but took care of the other issues that arose. Brandon and Joe were patient, professional and informed me every step of the way. There were no surprises and everything is working perfectly. I highly reccommend the Plumbing Doctors! These are my new plumbing go to guys!

Charlie and Cornelius were wonderful! I called the Plumbing Dr after a day of Michael and Sons coming out and not knowing what was wrong or how to fix it, and The Plumbing Dr was able to fit us in last minute the same day! Charlie and Cornelius arrived on time, were extremely professional, so friendly, and were able to fix what 3 technicians before couldn’t even identify. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Very happy with the service I received by The Plumbing Dr today. The plumbers, Harold and Joe, did great work and were very professional. When an unexpected issue arose in the middle of the repair, Harold took the time to fix that too at no extra charge, really going the extra mile for customer service. Really appreciated. We had a collapsed line under the slab in our basement. We worked with Mike L with the Plumbing Dr who we found to be friendly, professional and very capable. The original estimate was very reasonable. Unfortunately, when we broke up the concrete floor we found the damage was more extensive than originally anticipated requiring the removal of a larger area of concrete at a higher cost. Almost all of the pipes in our laundry room were replaced instead of just one small area. A camera inspection found the rest of the line was blocked with grease so we had a hydrojetting procedure added to the bill too. The final tally was double the original estimate. I don't think it was unreasonable for the amount of work done over two days, but it sure was expensive. We feel confident in the quality of the work however and would recommend the Plumbing Dr to anyone facing a major repair. We hope to never have to think about our drainage line again!

They arrived on time. I needed a new diverter for my walkin tub/shower. His quote was $900 if he could find the part and $1500 if he had to replace the fixtures. I had him leave and called another plumber. $450 and he was done in no time. I will never call the Plumbing Drs again. They used to be good. But this is the 2nd time they have tried to highball a service call for me. Last time they tried to charge me $3000 for a Toto toilet. I found my new go to man. Bye Bye Plumbing Drs.

Excellent work removing a defective kitchen faucet at my mom's home and replacing with a new one. Dr. Harold and Dr. Joe worked tirelessly to remove the old and heavily rusted faucet connection. They were professional and competent. They kept me informed during the whole process; gave me options for the new faucet (with no pressure) and were very friendly. Plus, they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. This is the second time we have used the Plumbing Dr. If necessary, we will contact them for future plumbing needs.

Brian and Cornelius of The Plumbing Dr did a great job repairing two toilets in my home at a reasonable price. They were both professional, thorough, and completed the work in a short amount of time. My wife and I are repeat customers with The Plumbing Dr and can't ever see ourselves using any other company for our plumbing needs. We recently needed our kitchen faucet, tub faucet knobs/stems, and a toilet replaced. Charlie and Marlin arrived on time and even called to let us know that they were on their way. Upon arrival, Charlie and Marlin the time to cover their feet prior to entering our home and were both extremely friendly. I went over the issues I wanted taken care of and they both went to work and provided several options for each issue, never once trying to upsell us. We felt Charlie and Marlin were upfront and honest with their assessments and we were extremely happy with the price quoted to us. Upon completion of the work, Charlie and Marlin left their workspace better than they found it and my wife and I were very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. In addition, The Plumbing Dr office manager Tracy contacted us to ensure we were happy with the work and quoted price. The Plumbing Dr is a family run business and it shows with the quality of service and all around care they show for their customers. We will definitely be Plumbing Dr customers for life.

When I first purchased my house 1.5 years ago I asked The Plumbing Dr. to send someone out to make sure my sump pump system was in good shape. The plumber they sent said everything looked good, but it turns out there was no check valve installed or weep holes drilled which eventually caused a failure that dumped gallons of water into my basement.

It turns out these are pretty basic parts of a sump pump system that all installs should have, but because I trusted the tech they sent to know that I now have bigger problems. Instead of a simple fix I have hundreds of dollars in plumbing costs and water damage to repair.

I had two toilets that would not stop running for months. I finally called the Plumbing Dr. The scheduled the appointment to fit my schedule and were extremely polite on the phone.
The day of the appointment they were able to have someone come out within the time frame they said. The plumber who came was very clean, polite and explained the issues. He fixed them quickly and everything was the way he found it. No mess, and the toilets are working.
I couldn't be happier. I have recommended the Plumbing Dr. to all my friends, and co-workers.

Simply OUTSTANDING !
My hot water heater blew a hole through its relief valve and was jetting a high pressure stream of water into the ceiling and flooding the lower level of the house.
First, telephone response within 1 hour, on an extended holiday weekend. Two other plumbing services had been contacted... One never called back, the other responded two days later.
Second, dispatch of plumbers and arrival within 2 hours of the call on that same extended holiday weekend.
Third, immediately impressed with the bearing and professionalism of the responding plumbers. They analyzed the problem and stopped the leak within minutes.
Fourth, having stabilized the situation, they gave a precise, clear, detailed explanation of the options for repair, and the exact price for each option.
Fifth, the work was done quickly and completely, all problems solved at the exact price offered.
In Summary: I have never, in over 40 years of home ownership in different locations around the county, never, EVER found a better plumbing service than this. In fact, nothing else comes close. Finally, i wast gratefully amazed at the price, much, MUCH lower than what friends and relatives have been charged for similar service.

Don't even bother calling anyone else. Call the Plumbing Doctor first.

Installation of Water Filter. Being in my 70's, and having owned a number of different homes and condos, I have had dealings with many different home service providers. This is why I can honestly say that the service from The Plumbing Doctor is as good as I have received over the years. Totally professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Doctor Bill and his support staff were a pleasure to deal with. In fact, we had a question about the installation of an undersink water filter, that was bought and installed through them. Dr. Bill came by the house to answer our questions in person. I wish all of my dealings with various service providers were as satisfying and rewarding as we experienced with The Plumbing Doctor.

The tub faucet and fixtures in my master bathroom were original from construction (2008) and through time and normal wear & tear, the tub faucet had been consistently leaking. I found The Plumbing Dr on the world's most powerful tool (Google) and called to schedule a service appointment.

The company representative I spoke with was courteous, professional and responsive. A service call was scheduled for today (October16). The plumber (Mike) and his colleague (Cornelius) called me 15 minutes in advance (as promised) of their scheduled arrival time (12:00) and they arrived promptly on time.

Mike explained the evaluation and repair process, so that my expectations were managed up front with full transparency, which I appreciated. Mike and Cornelius did a thorough inspection, determined a repair plan and clearly explained next steps and timelines.

I asked if, as long as they were there, it made sense to go ahead and replace all the washers on all the faucets (bathrooms, kitchen) and after carefully inspecting all of them, Mike advised that they were all in good working order and it would be an unnecessary expense (which I also appreciated).

Mike and Cornelius provided additional guidance for proactive care of my pipes in the master bathroom, once the repairs were completed, as a cost-saving measure.

The service appointment was approximately 1.5 hours, start to finish. I found Mike to be very professional, highly competent and helpful. Cornelius was also very knowledgeable and helpful, as well.

Of course, significant plumbing repairs are not cheap (oh the joys of home ownership!), but I believe the quality of the work and the service merits the cost, and the Plumbing Dr's rates and fees are competitive with other local plumbing companies.

Best service in all categories that I received this year! After several attempts myself to clear a couple of clogged drains in my home, I decided it was plumber time. I called The Plumbing Dr this morning and the company was able to send a plumber over right away for a no obligation price quote. Other companies needed a day or two and up to a 5-hour window before a plumber could be scheduled. Matt arrived promptly, assessed the situation and showed me the book prices. (They were a tad lower than the standard hefty fees plumbing companies typically charge for drain cleaning.) Dr. Matt was great. Not only did he quickly get the job done well, he cleaned the working area (a first) and gave me a boatload of tips to keep my drains clear. He used protective sheeting and tape on the sink to avoid scratches. He answered all of my questions clearly and provided the details and the "here's why" that I love. Extraordinary service. Highly recommend this company!

The Plumbing Doctor is hands down the best plumbing service we have had in 35 years of home ownership. Most recently, we had Dr. Charlie out to repair a broken pipe feeding an outside tap. He did the work efficiently and cleanly, identified and fixed another problem that would have caused a flood if not addressed, and gave us several points of free advice to avoid problems in the future in other parts of the house. Just a great guy and a real expert! We’ve previously had Dr. Brandon, who provided similar quality service. These guys are terrific!

We were extremely pleased with the Plumbing Dr. service that we had to repair our toilet. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to do the service by Thursday afternoon. They called approximately a half an hour before they arrived, as they indicated they would do, and promptly assessed the situation and gave us their recommendation on the method of repair and the cost of the repair. The work was done quickly, and professionally. We were given a thirty-day warranty on the work which is standard. The two service men were polite, respectful of our home, and performed all the work in a neat manner. We have used the Plumbing Dr. before and will continue to do so as our needs arise.

I called the Plumbing Dr on a Saturday for a leak in my bathroom. They immediately responded and kept me updated on the arrival of the technicians. Everyone was professional and, clearly, experts in their field - especially Tony and Charlie. Not only did they fix the leaking pipe, they also coordinated with my building for the water shut-off and were involved in every step of the project. I highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs. The prices were fair and the quality of work was amazing!
