UPDATE: The technician who diagnosed my clogged kitchen sink drain was incorrect in their assessment. Upon further reflection, it's silly to think the technician could properly diagnose the issue considering they didn't even turn on the water. What ended up being a vapor lock caused by a clogged drain vent (diagnosed and fixed personally) was originally diagnosed as either a clogged drain pipe or improper drain design because of too sharp a turn in the piping. The MINIMUM estimate to fix what was improperly diagnosed was about $800-900 just to snake the drain. Other estimates for unnecessary work reached upwards of $2,500. Needless to say, I will not be using The Plumbing Dr again.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, the follow-up communication was very thorough, and Ariel arrived exactly when he said he would. Our water heater was able to be fixed rather than replaced. I would highly recommend Mayco Andrade if you have any pluming issues.

Got a new hot water heater at a fair price done the right way within just a few days time. Jason did the installation and was great to work with. He also updated an old shut off valve behind our toilet while on site - which wasn’t part of the original schedule. And he hauled away the old toilet bowls I’d recently replaced elsewhere in the home, saving me a trip to the dump. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Would highly recommend Mayco Andrade!

Mayco helped us with replacing a shower arm and head that was corroded. He attempted to remove our original set up and pivoted quickly to plan b when he determined that a pipe needed to be replaced. He was very quick and efficient and helpful in explaining! I’m so very impressed with his drywall work too and getting a very clean cut. Will definitely reach out to them for other plumbing needs!

Ariel was awesome. We had an issue with the faucet in the bathroom. I called late yesterday and they came out the very next morning. He was prompt and finished quickly. The service was great and he was courteous and respectful. We are also going to use them for installing a filter for the house. We highly recommend their company.

Had a burst pipe and valve repaired by an emergency plumber but needed to fix the outdoor faucet and resolve the problem that led to the burst pipe. Jason from Mayco Andrade gave me a fair quote, suggested some improvements we could make to eliminate the freeze risk and also (separately) replaced a bathroom vanity for us. We had trouble locating a good vanity for the tight space and Jason stopped by a few times before the job to make sure we had a workable solution. He really cares about the quality of his work and we’re very happy with the outcome.

Our plumber was outstanding! Solved the problem quickly and was incredibly nice and reasonably priced. If we need a quote plumber again, this is who we will call. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We called Mayco for a leak and they were able to come out the next day. It was a simple fix of tightening the pipe. The tech Jason C was a honest and fair and didn’t charge us at all. This is hard to find nowadays and they earned themselves a repeat customer due to their honesty and fairness.
