These folk are great! I had the fascia and soffits wrapped for a maintenance free exterior and new gutters installed. They did a superb job! I've had numerous compliments on how great the place looks. I would recommend these guys anytime!

I was excited to get started on remodeling my home. The gutters are looking a little sad as well as the facia and soffits. A close friend had work done on her home and raved how wonderful Affordable Gutters was. I called, set up the appointment, hoping someone would come in the next day or two. Four days later someone finally arrived. Explained to the gentleman what I was looking for and my expectations. He stated, I'm going to take measurements and get this priced out for you. Said he'd knock on the door when he was finished and go over the quote. When I looked out the window a short while later, the man was gone and I had no estimate. I thought that was bizarre. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I understand things come up and change very quickly. Several days have gone by and no response. I called for an update and was told "the estimate was dropped in the mail this morning" and that I should receive it in a day or two. That was Monday and today is Thursday and still nothing. So, another call to the office and was told someone would be in touch to today (Thursday). We'll, today is Friday and still nothing. They've had 24 hours to return the call and still nothing. My advise would be to stay clear of these guys, that is unless your willing to wait for weeks on end just to get a price quote. I'd hate to see how long it would take to perform the actual work. Very Disappointed!!

Although Affordable did not actually perform any work for us, I was impressed by the company's integrity and customer service. An issue that we thought was a gutter problem turned out to be a roofing issue, and after an on-site inspection at no charge, Drew redirected us to the proper company to get the problem resolved. Drew gave us an honest opinion, even though he could have attempted to sell us new gutters. I will definitely call on this company in the future should I need new gutters or windows. Thank you for treating your customers right, Affordable!!

Ron’s team did a great job on our gutters and leaf guards. The quote came in quickly and without a pressure sales pitch that the others required. The guys arrived on time and completed their work fast and efficiently. I will use Ron again.

Lots of repairs and maintenance going on at my house. We were replacing the roof and gutters and I wanted to gutters put up soon after the roof was complete. Issues with scheduling the roof meant we had to reschedule the gutters more than just a few times.

Scheduled for the estimate. Someone came out but I missed the appointment. They went ahead and measured and sent me a proposal anyway. The proposal included a redirection of the downspouts that moves the water away from the foundation better than the prior installation.

The crew that installed the gutters was friendly and prompt and got to work. My spouse and I slept through the whole installation. When the crew left the site was clean. It was like they were never there.

We were quoted for 4" gutters but decided on 6" gutters because the price delta was minimal.

Overall, very nice people, reasonable prices, good service and good installation.

Spoke with Mr Walton, had the crew come out and install gutters on my garage, due to scheduling i wasnt able to be there when they were installed which i was hessatant about but had very professional satisfactory interaction, great communication, quality work. Looks great didn't tear anything up on the garage. Put downspouts exactly where I asked. Very pleased with quality and price. Will definitely use again and recommend

Jake did an outstanding job on removing ad replace the caulk in my bathroom. Very professional, on time and amazing work. Nick texted to let me know his arrival time, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job, my grungy walk-in shower now looks brand new again. He left everything nice and clean and told me what products he recommended for cleaning that would not damage the seal and new caulk/grout. Great price, highly recommend.

Update 10/5/2024: I bought a $12 bottle of "Mold Armor" at Ace Hardware about a month ago. This has cleaned and kept clean all the areas that my $350 shower cleaning couldn't seem to address. Maybe check this product out before spending more than you need to.

Update: Anyone who's wondering if they should do business with these people, feel free to read the response that they gave to my review. This response does a far better job illustrating just how unprofessional these people are. It reads like the author was drunk. Just think about if you want to do business with someone who would respond that way in a public forum representing their business without even making an attempt to resolve the issue.

I was told that a service manager would be coming out to look at the work in an effort to resolve the matter. But then I read this reply. I'm not going to allow anyone associated with this place into my home again.

The response to the response is even better. These people are so easily baited into making themselves look worse and worse. I'm sure that Grout Geeks is earning a lot of business by posting increasingly insulting things about a customer's wife. I'll make sure to stop by here now and then to give them a little more rope to hang themselves with.

Just to be perfectly clear, no one ever made an attempt to come back to look at the work as he claims. It was scheduled but this "business" chose to write their response and insult my wife in a public forum before they came back. I told them not to come to my home after they chose to handle it this way. These are clearly unstable people.

Tony showed up promptly and communicated well to provide the estimate. He was professional and in uniform. I was given a quote and we discussed a start date with the possibility of an earlier day which was not reflected on the paperwork given for the quote. Two days prior to the date listed on the quote, I called at 9:00 a.m. I left a message asking for confirmation as to when the work would start. I did not receive a call back.

I got a call the following day from a gentleman saying that he was on his way to my house but I was not there because I could not get a confirmation that the work was going to be starting a day prior to what was listed on the quote. So he had to come the following day which was the date that was actually listed. That was a minor inconvenience but definitely indicative of the total experience.

I was having tiles replaced on the floor of our bathroom that were loose and having the tile and grout in our shower cleaned. After an $800 bill, I can say with confidence that absolutely nothing has improved even slightly. The shower looks exactly the same and none of the stains were removed and the loose tiles are still loose. One of the new tiles that what was replaced actually sits up so high that you trip over it when you walk through the room.

I'm waiting on a call back from them about this. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. As it stands. I'm hoping that my experience was unique and that something can be done to correct it. But, the lack of communication is not giving me much hope.

Communication with Tony was very good and he worked to find a time in his schedule that would make the shortest delay between removal of our old shower doors and installation of the new ones. Although his workman Manny arrived later than the specified time on the day of the cleaning, Manny did call ahead that morning and let us know when he would be there, which we appreciated. His work to clean and seal grout in the shower tiles was terrific; he worked diligently to make sure everything was done well and when finished, he left the bathroom very tidy and clean.

Nick did an excellent job cleaning and repairing old grout making our seven year old bathroom look new at a fraction of the cost that replacing the tile would cost. I love what they specialize in. Having “new” looking bathrooms makes me very happy. Nick was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend to friends.

Have used The Grout Geeks a few times. Tony is very professional and prompt. His team does fantastic work! I do believe that they helped me sell my home, I had a shower that looked like one of their before pictures and afterwards it looked brand new. Once we moved we had them come in and work on a few bathrooms and kitchen floor. They made everything look great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I did shop around and they offered the best price. I would highly recommend them.

We had the Grout Geeks restore the grout in our shower. Thomas did a wonderful job. The shower looks like new. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Manny, the young man who did the work was so personable and cleaned up my bathroom completely when he was finished. Quality work at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend The Grout Geeks to anyone who needs any grout work done.

We are so pleased with the work that Manny did on our shower. He was meticulous in making sure that every tile seam was carefully and neatly re-grouted or caulked. The end product definitely exceeded our expectations. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions about ongoing maintenance of the shower. When we need grout restoration in our other bathrooms, we will call Grout Geeks and ask for Manny to do the work.

I hired The Grout Geeks to regrout three showers in my home, and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Here's a list of all the things that went wrong:

1. **Excessive Time Taken:** The job was supposed to be simple, but it took them four days to finish just three showers.

2. **Simultaneous Starts:** The technician started working on all three showers at once, meaning our entire house was without a working shower for four days.

3. **Lack of Protection:** He didn’t use any foot protection, tracking dust all over the house every time he walked through.

4. **No Dust Control:** None of the bathroom fixtures were covered, resulting in dust coating everything—including our toothbrushes.

5. **Lack of Cleanup:** At the end of each day, he left the place a mess, not bothering to clean up any of the dust or debris.

6. **Poor Communication:** We tried to call to express our frustration, but nobody answered the phone.

By the end of day four, we were so frustrated that we had to ask him to leave and finish the job ourselves. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and careless The Grout Geeks was. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a grout service that respects your home and time.

The tech removed and replaced caulking at bottom of shower wall and cleaned and sealed grout on walls. It looks like we got a new shower.

Grout Geeks has been outstanding. The discussion leading to the Grout Geeks proposal was educational addressed all of my questions. Grout Geels promised to address all of the areas I was concerned about. And they did address them. Manny, who did the work, was outstanding. His work was meticulous and comprehensive. He went way beyond what would normally be expected of a contractor.

As a small business owner myself, I appreciate honesty and efficiency. These guys have helped us more than once and not only that they let us know products we can use so that we won't have to have them come out again or as often. Another company to have so much work done and had to have them come out again again to figure out what was wrong with the grout. Grout geeks let us know that the wrong grout was used with the other company would not admit to it. HIGHLY recommend!
