Nothing is better than a clean shower! Grout Geeks cleaned, replaced and sealed new grout for our 2 tubs (70s tile!) and we are quite pleased. Professional, timely and affordable!!!

On time, polite, great work, and most importantly, he double and triple checked with us on the color grout we were going with. The stone floor in a shower required a new coat of sealant in addition to the tile walls. Anthony with Grout Geeks performed the work, which included cleaning and sealing. The work was well executed and accomplished in a timely manner by Anthony. Thanks for the excellent service.

Tony came and evaluated the need and Joey did a fantastic job replacing 15 cracked tiles as well as hiding cracks in other places. In addition, he re-grouted several areas then dyed it allllll to match. And did the work in a timely fashion. He arrived on time each day, and did a great job with clean up as well, attempting to minimize the dust created. The house was put on the market the NEXT DAY, and sold in three days. :-) Thank you, Grout Geeks!!

Von came out an regrouted our bathroom shower floor tiles. He did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company if you need grout work done. The price was fair and they also had recommendations of what cleaning products to use in the future.

This is the second time that Manny has performed work for us. This time it was sealing newly installed tile. Last time it was cleaning and sealing bathroom and kitchen tile prior to putting the house up for sale. In that case he made 32 year old tile look brand new.

Manny is very professional, courteous and efficient. When finished, he leaves things spotless and orderly.

We hired the Grout Geeks to clean the tile in the master and hall showers, regrout the master shower floor, seal and caulk both showers, and add colorant to the master shower wall grout. After the work was completed we identified areas of concern. This is where The Grout Geeks really shined. Within 10 days a follow-up visit was made and all areas of concern were addressed to our complete and total satisfaction. We would not hesitate to retain The Grout Geeks in the future and would recommend them to friends.

In response to the reply: My check was not cancelled until Tuesday afternoon. The check was given to the tech that previous Friday. Yes, I had made several attempts via email, your website, and text message saying something was not right and we were unhappy with the work. It was not offered to me to have the whole job redone for half the cost. As per the text messages, in which I saved, it stated that just to do the removal of the grout would be half the cost of the job. I did not want any work for free but said that paying $425 to remove bad grout and a bad install, which was not my fault to begin with, was not ok. I said I was not comfortable having Grout Geeks redo my job after the experience I had, and considering the mess the tech made it should not have been on our dime to remove the bad grout, let’s not forget the tech also damaged our tile framing which is not something that can be repaired.

Terrible experience. Tony will come out quickly and give you an estimate, then never personally respond to your calls or messages when there is an issue. Had my appointment scheduled out 3 weeks in advance at 9 AM. At 9:30 tech was still not at our house so I called several times with no answer. Finally I received a text saying the arrival time was 9:30-10:30, that was never discussed with us. The tech that arrived came in sweats and had nothing to associate himself with Grout Geeks other than an invoice. The tech did not even come prepared with the grout. Upon inspecting our shower after his work we noticed areas that were never regrouted, extremely thick use of caulk and overall poor workmanship. He damaged the framing that our shower tiles sit in. After several emails, texts, and unanswered calls we stopped payment on our check for the low quality of work performed. Finally after the company realized we stopped payment we received a message stating Ashley would come look at the job. Ashley herself claimed the work that was done was not up to the standard, she also stated that Manny the tech was never supposed to have done our job, and that the grout itself they have had issues with due to temperature regulations in the warehouse. If that was all the case why did they not just call and reschedule us? When we stated that we wanted all the grout removed, seeing as this was a Grout Geek problem, we were told it would cost us $425 to remove their mistake because the removal is 2/3 of all the work. Even though it was confirmed by Ashley that the work was bad and it was not done properly the first time it was going to be at our expense to have it removed. Never once heard from Tony, as he used a middle man to “communicate” This is a joke of a company, they do terrible work and have even worse communication skills. We now have a shower we have been unable to use for 3 weeks because when water hits the grout it washes it out. Shame that we should be expected to pay that much to have their problem removed. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I called this company blindly to tidy up a new 2 bath rehab for a new tile job. The company left it done but messy and incomplete. I call Grout Geeks to tidy up and finish off what I feel should have been done by the original construction company. Manny was well knowledgded in what I needed done. Took his time to do it correctly and Pointed out other imperfections. Overall, very happy with Grout Geeks Richmond area and especially Manny.

I am so pleased with Alpha and Omega. Rodrigo came out quickly to review the projects and give me an estimate. They did three projects for me. Each one turned out perfectly, they are very pleasant to deal with and have around, and they cleaned up after the work was done. I won’t hesitate to have do more work when it’s needed. I highly recommend them.

WOW! I am so glad I chose Alpha & Omega. I talked to so many other companies that did not work out for our new home and none of them worked out for many different reasons, but Alpha & Omega was able to check every box. It was certainly a tall task ahead because the previous owner did a very quick and luckluster paint job just to put something up with a very high gloss and dark grey. It is also a 2200 sq ft house in North Chesterfield. From the moment they came for the quote, they were very down to earth and direct at the same time. They were very knowledgeable as well and stirred me in the right direction. They also informed me that they could also replace flooring (which I was dreading doing myself). They ended up giving me a package with all painting and flooring with a price I could not turn down. From the drywall to more prep to the painting, finishing, and cleaning- they did a superb job. Even with one section that I felt could have improved, they did not hesitate to come back and make it perfect. The owner Rodrigo is also very personable and professional. I am VERY happy overall and this was the best investment ever. Fast & thorough communication, excellent and efficient work and down to earth people...how can you beat that...My head was spinning as to how this would work out starting the process, but I am grateful I found Alpha & Omega.
