They contract for AEP they're horrible,, they put work orders in a scalp trees that leave them hanging towards your home they even admit to it being their responsibility and then they never come and cut the trees you have to pay out of pocket,, total malfeasance of practice

Thanks for leaving the huge branches across my driveway to were I had a choice of leaving my car on a backroad right before a curve so I could get out and move it or just scratch the hell out of my car.

They left their company truck parked on my lawn overnight! To make things worse their employees threw trash from their lunch all over my property!

Came to clear trees around power lines and enter property without warning and destroy yard and field and cut through telephone lines and left exposed wires on my property.

Will Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC . be joining us for Community Clean Up Day in Mathews Co. Va ? They are the ones who left all that PINK plastic tape on all things upright on the other side of the ditches. Just wondering, how we get them to clean up their litter.

The company did work on the power lines at my house and messed up my yard with tire tracks, left branches hanging all over the trees and in the yard. Talked to a crew leader a few times kept saying he’d send someone by and never did

If I could give 0 I would. Believe the other bad reviews. This place is awful. They do not care anything about your property. They come and leave a TOTAL MESS. Didn't even TRY to leave things in any kind of order. They are the worst. I suggest you use someone else. RUN from these people!

Just wanted to say thanks to the a**hole who drove through my yard and left a big rut in it. The truly awesome thing is the guy had to drive on the WRONG side of the road to even go through the yard. Oh and they aren't even doing any work here, they're down the street. So thanks again! Especially since I just fixed the ruts the last a**hole left.

They are the worst came to trim on behalf of Dominion they showed up unannounced they were here all day blocking entrance to our home we were unable to go anywhere our child couldn't play outside because of them after being here all day they left unfinished large branches all over our yard which means they will be here again tomorrow. Dominion really needs to use a new company.

They where doing state work to clear the lines and I let them use my land because it was easier than using the easement. Never again. They left trash and disregard my property.

they come over every year and butcher the tree. it's a large oak that overhangs the house. they leave one side completely lopsided. it's not safe. when I asked them to not do more than they had to the guy scoffed at me, and was trying to avoid talking to me. our tree isn't even the problem but they insist on chopping redicules amount of it to the ground

Horrible company sent out by dominion I'm guessing. Entered the property without permission, butchered my tree and my neighbors which I'm sure we will have to cut down now. Thankfully they left a mess for us to clean up. Can not recommend to poor piss out of a boot. 1/10

Your work is a travesty. It is shoddy at best. Your bid to the City of Richmond and/or Dominion Virginia Power must have been the lowest for them to ever use your services again. The workmen are rude, laughing that they are butchering the trees, and honestly don't care whether they pick up after themselves or not. I challenge you to provide at least one certified arborist within your company that actually goes on site and evaluates what needs to be trimmed away from power lines or not. Personally we trim our one tree that is left every year to keep the suckers away from power lines; however, your "experts" are obviously blind to that fact and proceed to cut healthy limbs that are nowhere near power lines. Two arborists have looked at the tree in my yard and have declared that due to the incompetence of your company the tree needs to come down. My street alone has lost 4 100 year old trees due to the shoddy workmanship and lack of knowledge from those within your company that go onsite.

Their company was hired by dominion power to remove all trees in my neighborhood. However, they trashed my yard and wreck my kids flower box garden that we had worked on by dropping the tree limbs all over it! I get that they are contracted to do a job for another company in this case dominion. But I dont need deserve to have my yard just wrecked. To make matters worse they left all this trash and debri in our yard!!!
