I was surprised that they would even come after dark but they called and were willing to still come out which they did. The guys did an awesome job in clearing the ice/snow from our driveway and sidewalk. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using their other services as well.

Bless you New Roots! After being homebound for 16 days, Brandon came to my rescue to tackle the skating rink that had me trapped. The 15 inch mountain of snow that slid off my roof and covered my front porch is now gone! My sidewalk is completely clear and Brandon created two wide paths to my car (on driver's side AND on passenger's side). He even shoveled space for a second car to park. This group was so responsive to my needs and very reasonably priced. I now know who I am going to call this spring to help with some much needed tree removal. Yay!

Absolutely recommend! They helped my family out in a very last minute pinch. I needed snow and ice removal from my driveway and they were professional, efficient, reasonable, and incredibly kind. Within one hour they were at my home with equipment. They fully explained the process, worked fast, and did great work for a very reasonable price. We plan on calling again once it’s warmer for tree removal.

New Roots doesn't just do trees! In the colder months they also do snow removal firewood and gravel delivery and more! I called them after the Jan. 2026 ice storm after I fell and injured myself trying to chisel 3 inches of ice out of my driveway. "G" responded to my message within 5 minutes and gave me a great quote based on a photo of my driveway. Brandon arrived within a few hours with a skid steer to clear the ice and did a great job.

Both G and Brandon were very communicative, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and G even followed up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

New Roots recently performed some tree removal at my home. They were one of three quotes that I obtained and were, by far, the most competitive. Brandon and his crew were prompt and professional.
The removal of one of the trees was very delicate in that it was close to an adjacent house with a fence below, but they were able to remove without incident.

We used CEP for power washing and gutter cleaning services in a Townhouse community where I am the manager. They were great to work with, very flexible, helpful in coordinating the various, individual wants/needs while servicing the masses with expert care. They provided regular updates and completed the work in the time promised. I received comments from owners who said the CEP team was helpful when residents had questions and that the buildings came out looking better than they thought they were going to look. I will be telling others to use them for their communities in the future.
