Exceeded my expectations both in responsiveness and the quality of the work. I needed to have my deck cleaned for a party my wife was hosting in three days. I waited because I thought I could do the work, but I was wrong! I called Creative Enterprise and explained my situation. They came to my rescue. Not only did they come the day after I called them, but they also did an excellent job. My wife was happy and her friends got to sit on a clean deck with clean deck chairs, They earned my loyalty!

I am so very happy with the job they have done. Our house is loving how clean it is. I am more excited that our fence looks almost brand new.

Super friendly guys came to the house and did a great job, especially on the brick patio which I am sure was very challenging. I saw a few places on the patio I wanted them to go over more and they did so very willingly. I could tell that they wanted me to be very happy with the service. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Creative Enterprise Powerwashing today! Brent and Andrew showed up on time with everything they needed and promptly got to work! They were kind, professional, knowledgeable about their products and services, and were careful not to leave the gates open. The work was done in a timely manner and my house (including my front steps and walkway) look AMAZING! I knew Powerwash was important to maintain my home; I had no idea it would make it LOOK SO GOOD! I especially want to thank Creative Enterprise Powerwasing for their excellent customer service and communication; I had A LOT of questions leading up to having this done and they were incredibly patient in answering ALL of them! I couldn’t be more pleased with this whole experience and I will absolutely have them back next year!

Brent came to clean our gutters out and power wash our house, and was fantastic. He even sprayed our front walkway and cleaned out the corners of the house that DO have gutter guards which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this company and Brent.

Job was done perfectly. Only thing I needed was a text or call to let me know they were there and then when they were done. Had to get my daughter to take pics of the outside after school. Not sure when they arrived or left but it looks fantastic! I wish I had gotten before pictures. We need to repaint our back deck, just keep that in mind, it's old left over pain on there now. Lol

Can't say enough good things about this company. Great communication about surveying the house, pricing the job, scheduling the power washing, and even getting payment. I recently had power washing done to my back brick area and foundation of my home. It was such a pleasure to work with this company. The communication and scheduling was prompt and the pricing fair. My brick area was incredibly old with cracked grout and I had concerns the washing would be too powerful. Not only did they do an amazing job washing the bricks, but they were attentive to the needs and condition of the bricks and did not further damage any of the space. I fell like I have a completely new outdoor space to enjoy. Thank you again!

Many thanks to Brent and Andrew for a fantastic job cleaning my house including the roof and front walk. After completion, they even removed the plastic sheeting I had put down to protect the heat pump and deck furniture. The whole house really sparkles!

Creative Enterprise Powerwashing just completed power washing and cleaning the gutters at our home in Richmond, VA. This is our third consecutive year using CEP. Technicians Brent and Andrew did a great, quick, job. We are having an issue with one length of gutter, and Brent gave us a great suggestion to solve the issue. Admin. staff Wanda and Kristen were very helpful in assisting us in selecting the correct services and providing a quote.

Creative Power washing continues to knock it out of the park. Today, Clyde went the extra mile to address damage to our concrete driveways caused by snow removal. He did not give up, he went above and beyond because he genuinely cares. This is the attitude we also appreciate!!
