Seth was punctual and efficient! The floors look great! He fluffed up some of the high traffic areas, carpet looks better than at move in!!

We have used Seth to clean carpets for move in to our residential rental properties. He is professional, prompt and thorough! His cleaning system is a real advantage on quick turns as the carpet is able to be walked on much sooner than traditional steam methods. We have also had him clean Upolstery in our home where he was able to remove several deep stains that we could not get out by hand. He was successful and refreshing two area rugs that I was considering replacing, but the cleaning made them look like new!

We have had an outstanding experience with Heritage Chem-Dry! We had several rugs and sofas cleaned prior to having a large party. Mark spent a lot of time working to remove stains and eliminate pet odor from our rugs and furniture. Mark is always on-time and does a very thorough job. He is very focused on exceptional customer service, even making a special trip to our home when we needed an "emergency" cleaning due to our elderly dog. I would recommend Mark and Heritage Chem-Dry to anyone!
