Premier Landscaping did an amazing job. They edged our existing patio with granite cobblestones and removed the harsh straight lines by cutting the brick into soft curves. They removed several tree stumps that others would not tackle allowing for more planting space. Lastly, all old garden lighting was removed and replaced with beautiful new fixtures, wiring and control panel. They listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design. Premier is first-rate and will use them for future projects.

We had Premier Landscaping and Lighting manage multiple drainage issues on our property, including routing all water from gutter downspouts away from our foundation. They did a great job of burying the piping without disrupting the sod. They had no issue with us adding smaller jobs while they were working here and were extremely responsive. We plan on using them again in the near future on other landscaping projects.

We are thrilled with how well manicured our yard looks. The edging was done very well, with lots of new high quality mulch coverage. The trees and bushes that were trimmed are just perfect. They even noticed that we had diseased rose bushes and came back to plant new gardenias in their place. Our yard looks amazing. And the cost - extremely competitive. Ross and his team built a perfectly level stone base for our shed, the shed company even asked who did it for us as they said it was exactly what we needed and was done well. Premier landscaping and lighting also took care of some drainage issues for us and since they diverted where the water was coming into our yard we no longer have a river running down the back. Mr. Ross Amex and his workers helped me landscape my yard and suggested appropriate plants for my area. He answered questions for me about the care, and changed some things I suggested with no problems. He also rebuilt a garden wall I needed to have fixed. The wall looks very nice. I first met Ross and his team while they were installing privacy trees and a hardscape next door for one of my neighbors. One aspect that was noticeable is that the owner, Ross, was always involved in overseeing the intricate details of the project . Because of their exceptional communication, work ethic, and pride of their craftsmanship, I knew this was the landscaper we needed. Ross and his team are now installing over 30 privacy trees on our property. My wife and I are excited to have opportunity to work with Premier Landscaping.

9/24/24 - Update: Our yard looked beautiful after Ross and his team completed the job initially, but now (within a month of installation) our yard looks like a tree graveyard. Other neighbors have had the same issues in Harper’s mill with premier landscaping. All of the soil here is clay and retains water badly, which was not taken into consideration before the trees were installed. I have had multiple arborists and landscapers come out and they all say the same thing that this was a poor installation and they’ve concluded that the trees are too deep in the ground, clay soil was put back on the trees after install, and drainage was not considered before installation. My family is extremely disappointed of the current state of our yard. Hopefully this can be resolved. Will continue to update…decided to move on as others have done in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, our issue was never resolved, so we decided to move forward with Hudgins. It was done and perfect within a couple weeks.

Our neighbors highly recommended Ross. Our project included sodding the rest (900 sq ft) of our backyard, creating a 20’ x 16’ level base for a playground, and mulching the transition from lawn to forest. His preparation was top notch: removing rocks and stumps, roto-tilling the red clay, and amending with black topsoil. He even delivered the playset with his trailer!
