Cleaning crew was polite and professional, and the house looks great. They covered all the details I never have time for: baseboards, doors, under bookshelves, etc. This is a great start for maintaining a clean space for my busy family.

Wouldn’t recommend. Scheduled TCA for bi-weekly cleanings. Was quoted over the phone versus in person which I was ok with. Was assured the initial clean would be a thorough DEEP clean and the crew would be here quite a few hours. I was looking forward to this since we were finally getting settled after moving in.

They arrived and stayed only 2 hours. There were many areas in the house that were not touched. It is pretty disappointing when I have to go back through the house and clean immediately after a cleaning company leaves. Fingers prints were still on several windows, dust on fans, dust along base boards, the oven hood still dirty. The areas that were cleaned were done relatively well, but they missed too much for me to have them come again. I cancelled their services after the first visit.

I’d highly suggest printing out a checklist to ensure all areas are cleaned, especially for the first deep clean as that sets the precedence for future.

After our 2 initial cleanings, I am loving having a clean house ❤️ this 2nd visit was a little more hectic as our daughter was home and the ladies of Team 9 were very sweet to her, and even let her chat them up. Very friendly and thorough!!

The first initial clean was amazing. The next few cleans were not good at all. They did not mop our floors. The did not do the cleaning rotation they were supposed to do. They would forget to clean certain areas and rooms. The managers only solution was to send people back out there to do the job they were initially supposed to do. The cleaning was always rushed and never thorough. We needed someone we could trust to clean our home, and they failed us. After giving them multiple chances we gave up on this cleaning company.

My team has go to be the best one ever!! I have had Gilly for over a year now and her new partner Michelle is great also. They are so kind but also efficient. I so love coming home to my clean house! I love how you fold the toilet paper in a triangle. I recommend you to everyone.

Alexis and OT were great. They were friendly, personable and I appreciated the attention to detail they paid. I love walking through my Cleaning Authority clean home!

As a returning client for Cleaning Authority, I was a work in for an “emergency“ cleaning (company coming). They set up my cleaning within two days and cleaned my whole house with a team of four people. They listened, attentively to all of my instructions regarding my home. They did a great job. They were quick and efficient. I appreciate the last-minute help. I will continue to use them every two weeks going forward. Thank you Cleaning Authority.

Had an appointment today at 2 pm for price,they called yesterday and asked if they give me estimate over the phone instead ,I aggreed to a 9 am phone call. No one has called or showed up. I would expect at least a reason why Would not recommend them to anyone .

The team that came did an excelling l excellent job! I've been struggling lately with cleaning due to going back to school, working full time, a bum shoulder and taking care of my sick husband that I finally had to give in and get help. I'm so glad I did. They really did a great job!

The Cleaning Authority did a great job for my first cleaning. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats and they tackled the pet hair with no problem. They were professional, brought their own supplies and were very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Very courteous, professional, and thorough. My bathrooms are shining and the carpet looks great! They made my bed and took out my trash! I enjoy how well my house looks now!

I was on the verge of canceling because the last 2 cleanings were disappointing. Today, Team 18, Kay & Cassie restored my faith in TCA.
They were pleasant as well as thorough. They cleaned surfaces that had not been done in the previous cleanings. More than satisfied with their work. Thank you Team 18 and Yolanda for being flexible.❤️

Gaby and her team are fast, efficient and thorough. She is wonderful with my daughter's dog who is very noisy and my dog who is calm. The house looks great every time they clean.

I love the communication and the cleaning!!! I was well informed of everything right up to ‘your house is our next stop’.
This was very important to us as we have big dogs and my spouse is disabled. I had plenty of warning before they arrived in order to get everything situated.

Great job today! Today I had the another het honor of experiencing team 10 Gabby and Katelynn.. What a great difference. My beds were made and they wiped my door baseboards. Most of my previous experiences were great . However, I give this team an A plus. They were smiling and greeted me . Just when I was about to cancel this business, this happened. I am going to see if o can get this team. I’m very happy today. Love this business and I highly recommend it . YaLonda, the Supervisor, is awesome and approachable.

The women who came to clean my house were amazing! They were sweet, detail oriented, and worked so hard. I truly appreciate their hard work. Five stars to the awesome ladies that cleaned my house!

The only reason I didn’t give the company 5 stars is because of the office schedulers who claim they can’t give you any kind of time that the cleaners will arrive. I signed up for service and they said I would have a cleaning on 8/29, but never gave me a time frame other than between 8:30 and 2:45. That made it impossible to plan according. I understand they need some flexibility with schedules, but there was no way to know whether they would come in the morning or afternoon and that kinda crazy to me. They should at least be able to let me know the day before an approximate time to plan for. Just my two cents.

Only did the 1st floor. I want to know if you would put polish on the hard wood floors? I would supply the cleaner same with the wood furniture.
