Kathy and Shameka are awesome. They did an exceptional job cleaning our house from top to bottom. I love that they clean with microfibers instead of using a swiffer duster like the previous service we tried. They definitely did everything on their 49 point checklist. I highly recommend them.

I love maid pro, I now get regular cleanings this time I had Jacquelynne and Melody and they were amazing even gave me a number to a carpet and upholstery cleaning company. If your looking for a one time cleaning definitely book with maid pro and once they are done you will be booking for routine cleanings.

Im getting ready yo put my house on the market and the last thing I wanted to do was a deep clean. Alexa and Jillian did an amazing job in my home. I would definitely use them again.

Cleaning was fine, we had about 5 or 6 monthly cleanings. However, there were several occurrences of mischarging where the cleaners claimed they were here longer than they actually were. I had to call and challenge the time reported. I was reimbursement for the mischarged time. I can't do business with a company with unethical employees that mischarge time to run the bill up.

As a follow up, attempted to contact the business owner as suggested, but they refused to talk with me about the problem I experienced with the mischarging. I wanted to share with them that on multiple occasions I noticed the cleaning people sitting in the vehicles for 30 or more minutes. After discussing this with MP customer service individual, she commented that the clock out times of the employee matched the mobile tracking time. I guess that's because the cleaning techs hang around in their vehicle charging as cleaning time.
As I stated previously, beware and unfortunately you'll have to likely track the techs actually cleaning time vs hanging around time.

The people seem friendly but don't always show up on time. I went back and forth with who I'm guessing is the owner and told her that any extra time over the hours we agreed upon in the original estimate must be approved by me first. They want to add an extra 15 minutes here and 30 minutes there when my house is probably the cleanest and most well kept out of all the houses they clean. I clean it myself here and there throughout each week but I'm the type of person that thinks another set of eyes on something can't hurt. When I asked about cleaning supplies I was told that they use commercial grade cleaners which is fine with me but when I over-heard a conversation that they only use "Spic & Span" on the baseboards and "fabuloso" on everything else I was very angry. If I wanted cheap cleaners used in my home then I would not have hired a cleaning service. This was after one of the cleaner people soaked an antique vanity, also a family heirloom, with "Spic & Span". She did wipe it off to her best ability but now there are small cracks forming where the wood was put together by the manufacturer. I don't appreciate being lied to about cleaning products as I would have been more than willing to provide the most adequate cleaners for my antique furniture. I have had 3 cleanings in total and after everything we will not be using them again while recommending to all friends to not ever try this service. It truly is ashame that now-a-days if you want something done right then you have to do it yourself. I'm not a super picky person but when you spray cleaner on a toilet seat and wipe only the seat and not where it drips on the back while seat is up then that's just not up to par for me. Shouldn't have to go behind cleaners and re-clean. Not worth the amount they charge for the job. They claim to have some "22 point checklist".....it's not working.

Kyrstan did a very thorough job cleaning as well as very personable, polite, A+++ service all the way!! I even felt comfortable enough with her when l had to leave my home for a few minutes and l felt safe and comfortable leaving her in my home without my being there. My cat even liked her, came out of hiding to say Hi which never happens!!!

I want to recognize Kyrstan from MaidPro in Portsmouth, VA for the outstanding job she did during a recent cleaning. I had a challenging situation in my utility room with dirt and buildup left behind by prior tenants, and she didn’t hesitate or make me feel uncomfortable about the request. She handled it with professionalism and a great attitude.

What stood out most was how easily she incorporated my preferences into her routine. I asked for specific cleaners to be used, and she followed those requests exactly. She also paid close attention to the details that matter to me—baseboards, floors, and especially my Flokati rug, which she treated with real care.

I truly appreciate the quality of her work and the way she approached a tough job without hesitation. She is an asset to the Portsmouth MaidPro team, and I absolutely hope to work with her again in the future.

If I could give this corporation a zero I would. I called this company to come clean my house because I was moving out. She told me they were able to come and never showed up. I did not receive a phone call or email in regards to the cancellation. I tried to call and the voicemail box was full. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. Booked infinity for a move out cleaning on our 3 level townhome and they did an immaculate job! They went above and beyond by even removing the scuffs on the walls which weren’t included. Our house literally looked brand new, including the carpet! Will definitely be using their services in the future.
